Welcome to 5 Fiddler’s Point, a beautifully renovated home overlooking the marsh and inlet on Fripp Island. The large screened-in porch is the perfect place to relax and take in amazing views, watch for island wildlife, and enjoy beautiful sunsets. Inside, the home is light and bright, with comfortable furnishings and coastal touches throughout.
The open floorplan makes it easy to gather and enjoy time together. The spacious, fully equipped kitchen features bar seating and flows into the dining area and comfortable living room, where large windows bring those incredible marsh and inlet views right inside.
The king primary bedroom offers a peaceful retreat with a spa-like ensuite bath, direct access to the screened porch, and beautiful marsh views. A crib is also provided for families traveling with a little one. Bedroom 2 is a queen guest room, while Bedroom 3 features two twin beds. These two bedrooms share the second guest bathroom.
PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED (DOGS ONLY). You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.
Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.
Payment Methods
All major credit/debit cards are accepted. A 2.9% transaction fee is charged by the credit card processing company. Electronic checks, or eChecks, are also accepted. No transaction fee is charged for eCheck processing.
Cancellation and Refunds
Notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. If paid via credit card, we will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s).
If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.
