The large living room features two sitting areas overlooking the ocean and has a cozy fireplace. Step through the double French doors onto the large deck that offers plenty of seating, room for dining and incredible views as well as private beach access. Take in an early morning sunset or gather together for an evening of cool breezes and the sound of waves crashing on the shore.
A well-equipped, updated, kitchen has everything you need to prepare a quick breakfast or lazy family meals. The adjacent dining area offers plenty of room for everyone.
There are 4 bedrooms with ensuite baths and a dorm room that sleeps 5. Included are 2 king ensuites, perfect for large families or multigenerational stays. There is a guest room with 2 queen beds and, again, is a full ensuite.
A 4 seat golf cart is included with your stay.
Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.
Payment Methods
All major credit/debit cards are accepted. A 2.9% transaction fee is charged by the credit card processing company. Electronic checks, or eChecks, are also accepted. No transaction fee is charged for eCheck processing.
Cancellation and Refunds
Notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. If paid via credit card, we will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s).
If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.

What a great Beach House. Location was awesome, all the amenities of a home, right on the beach and perfect for families. Fripp Island Stay / management company was amazing and helped and answered every OCD question we had. The house was in great condition and was furnished with pretty much everything needed to enjoy the beach. Had many memories and will definitely be back. Would highly recommend this home as well as Fripp Island Stay.
