Enjoy spectacular sunrises from the living area and primary bedroom of this beautiful Ocean Point home. Overlooking 3 holes of golf and the Atlantic, this 5 bedroom, 3 bath home is the perfect location for enjoying all that Fripp has to offer.
Minutes to the beach and golf course, this family friendly home has gorgeous views from every room in the house. The very comfortable living room has windows on 2 sides of the room and sliding doors on either side of the fireplace that lead out out to the large deck. The view from this room is breathtaking.
The primary bedroom suite overlooks the Ocean Point golf course and the Atlantic. Sliding glass doors in the primary bedroom provide easy access to the deck that runs the entire length of the house. The primary bathroom has a full size jacuzzi and an oversize separate shower There are two more bedrooms and a full bath on the main floor. The lower level has a large bedroom with bath and enclosed patio with its own entrance, perfect for a nanny, mother-in-law or second primary bedroom.
The den off of the kitchen has a pullout couch if extra sleeping space is needed.
The spacious kitchen with its granite counters is fully equipped with everything needed for those who love to cook at home. You can even go crabbing in the canal that abuts the yard.
Beach towels, indoor games and outdoor toys are provided for all ages. It's a great place to just relax for the week or be as active as you want.
Amenities
All stays include the use of a 4 seat golf cart.
Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until a deposit and a signed Rental Agreement is received.

Cancellation and Refunds
Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. We will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s), if paid by credit card. If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.

We had a wonderful stay at 457 Porpoise Circle! It was a beautiful home and included all that we could ever want! The views are gorgeous, not too far away from beach or golf, the owner is very welcoming, and the property managers were super nice as well. Each bedroom had its own bathroom connected to it and that was perfect for multiple families. There is an outdoor shower, which was a huge plus for us, especially with toddlers coming back from the beach! The bedding was comfy and cozy, with lots of adorable touch. We used the new grill, which made our cooking easy and delicious!! We had an amazing time and hope to visit again!
We enjoyed this space and it accommodated our family nicely. It was a wonderful view of the golf course, a pond and the ocean. The house was clean but there were a few minor maintenance issues. It was well stocked and had everything we needed.
The property and view were gorgeous. There were a couple of issues with the stove and ice maker. We contacted the manager and the stove was fixed. The ice maker still wouldn’t make enough ice, but not that big of a deal. The view of the ocean and golf course was so nice! We were disappointed in the new island security. One officer was very “ticket happy” and rude. We’ve been coming to Fripp many years now and have never had issues until this year.

Great view. Great space and layout. Dishwasher broken upon arrival went unresolved all week. Great place to watch birds. Careful with other wildlife, which is all around!
Great location just very close to pond with ll alligators Would probably watch little ones if in yard. Was great for us but there was condensation from air unit in kitchen leaking. We would rent again. Views are definitely worth it.
We enjoyed our time on Porpoise Circle. The views of the sunrises are amazing. The house suited our needs and the property manager was extremely attentive. The house could use some updating, especially the air conditioning system. Would recommend for a nice family vacation spot.
Just back from our second stay in this beautiful home. It is spacious and very clean. The kitchen is large and well stocked for cooking. We ate many great meals that we prepared around the table. The views of the sun rise are spectacular! The owner is very easy to contact. We will definitely be back for another stay.
