Fripp Beach Castle rests on a plush estate-sized half-acre lot that backs-up to protected marsh, making way for peaceful mornings and evenings on the back lanai sipping coffee or cocktails. Peaceful yet convenient, FBC is a scenic three minute golf cart ride to sun-filled beaches, world-class golf courses, tennis courts, island pools and restaurants.
SPACE: 2200 sq. ft.; 3 bedrooms + 2.5 bathrooms + outdoor shower; laundry; beverage & food pantry; main floor covered lanai.

Amenities
Amneity Cards are available for purchase. $50.00/each
Children 12 yrs. and under do not need an amenity card to acesses the pools, restaurants, etc.
A new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards for access to the resort amenities.

Everything in Fripp Beach Castle has been thoughtfully placed, and labeled to help you find its proper place for organization & to help reserve the quailty of our home for future guests.
WiFi and Password is located in several places throughout FBC on a label :
1) T.V Stand - inside door
2) Bedroom 2 & 3 - inside closet doors
3) Primary Bedroom - left dresser back panel
4) Kitchen Window - clipboards
Please help us preserve the quality of FBC. After a day at the beach take the left paver pathway to the outdoor shower for a quick rinse. Enter through the man door. Drop sandy beach bags and shoes on the wire rack next to door. Hang beach towels and bathing suits on the hooks at bottom of stairs. Please remove bathing suits and shower off before sitting on furniture; this is in rental agreement.

LUGGAGE: Do Not Place on Beds, Use Luggage Racks in bedrooms 2 & 3. Store lager suitecases in garage on top of cupboards next to wire rack.
CARS & CARTS: Do not park cars in garage; Only Carts park in garage. Cars park in drive and 1 space out front of house at the end of the right side of driveway.

Dishtowels & Beach Towels - Wash Dry Fold & Put Back in kitchen and laundry room
Lights - Turn off all lights
Garbage & Toilettes - Gather and take to trash receptacle on side of house.
Refigerators & Food - Clean out
FURNITURE, PILLOWS, THROW BLANKETS - Return all to their resting place. Each bedroom has a throw blanket and pillows

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.
Payment Methods
All major credit cards accepted. Also accepted: eCheck (Electronic check).
Cancellation and Refunds
No refund after 90 days unless house can be re-rented. In the case of a Mandatory evacuation of the Island due to hurricane, storms or other, we will accommodate any unused days to another available time, or we will refund the remainder of the rent. To insure your vacation investment we do offer Travel Insurance protection.
