Welcome to Sea Moore Fripp, a spacious and comfortable 6-bedroom, 5 1/2 bath Wahoo townhome designed for memorable family vacations, golf getaways, and multi-family gatherings on beautiful Fripp Island.
One of the home's best features is its central island location. Golfers will especially appreciate being directly across the street from the clubhouse at Ocean Creek Golf Course - an easy walk when it's time to tee off. The beach is less than three minutes away by golf cart, and the home is also within walking distance of Davis Love Park, a favorite spot for families with playgrounds, basketball, sand volleyball courts, and recreation areas. From this central location, all of the island's amenities - including dining, pools, marina activities and recreation - are all easily accessible.
To make getting around the island easy and fun, every stay includes the use of a complimentary 6-seat electric limo golf cart, perfect for trips to the beach, amenities or exploring Fripp. Additional golf carts may be rented for an additional cost from Beaufort Carts. Visit beaufortcarts.com to book a rental online. Rental carts are also available from Fripp Island Resort Carts (843-838-1632). They are located near the entrance of Fripp Island.
While bikes are not included with the rental, they are available to rent from Fripp Island Resort Carts (843-838-1632).
Spacious and Comfortable for Large Groups - Sea Moore Fripp comfortably sleeps up to 15 guests, with all bed and bath linens provided.

Kitchen & Dining - The fully equipped kitchen is designed for large groups cooking and gathering together. It includes Whirlpool/LG appliances, new quartz countertops, and everything needed for preparing meals - from cookware and dishes to small appliances. In addition to the main refrigerator and beverage fridge in the kitchen area, there is an additional refrigerator/freezer in the garage, making it easy to store food and drinks for larger groups. Coffee lovers will appreciate both traditional drip and K-Cup coffee makers.
When it's time to eat, guests can gather in several comfortable spaces:

Outdoor Spaces & Beach Convenience
After a day on the sand, rinse off at the convenient outdoor shower before relaxing in the private fenced courtyard and patio area. This outdoor space is perfect for grilling, gathering and enjoying the island breeze.
Guests will also find beach chairs, sand buckets, and kids' beach toys available to make beach days easy and fun for the whole family.

Fripp Island Club Access
Guests staying at Sea Moore Fripp have the option to purchase guest cards to Fripp Island Resort, which provide access to many of the island's amenities, including resort pools, golf, tennis, dining venues, and additional recreation.
Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until a deposit and a signed Rental Agreement is received.

Cancellation and Refunds
Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. We will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s), if paid by credit card. If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.

Enjoyed our second year in a row at Fripp, and in the same house at 427 Wahoo. We had a wonderful week, and the house was great! Just like last year. Only draw back was the A/C that needed to be worked on our last day, Friday, but I completely understand that needed to be done. Look forward to being back next summer!

We rented the house for Pledge the Pink Breast Cancer walk and loved the location to explore the island and get to activities. Home is well appointed and everyone loved their space to kickback and relax after the walk. Kitchen has everything you would need - even baking pans. We cooked throughout the week, end of season the grill was in need of replacement but my husband survived with a little repair. Closets and kitchen pantry are plenty large to keep items out of sight. Extra fridge is a godsent. Had plenty of hot water to support 7 adults. One drawback in review of the home is limited outdoor seating/small screen room as noted in photos. We enjoyed our stay and hope to return.

Quiet, comfy and well supplied. Kitchen has great set up with dishes, pots, and pans. Beautiful and spacious. We had 12 people and never felt cramped for space. Location is nice and has privacy - The backyard is protected from the road with foliage, and the front of the unit is protected by the fence and garage.

We LOVED our stay. The house is beautifully decorated and stocked with everything you might need. The beds were all comfortable and we had plenty of room to spread out. Great location close to the golf course and the beach.

Loved the property. The house is laid out perfectly with adult BRs downstairs and all of the kids BRs upstairs. The kitchen is large enough for 2-3 adults to cook in. This house easily accommodated 6 adults and 6 kids.

This home was phenomenal. Tastefully decorated and very well equipped. It was VERY clean. We have every intention of staying here again. To anyone considering renting this property, I suggest booking thru Frippislandstay, as VRBO's fees are unreasonable and avoidable.

One of the big bonuses is that the owners have extensively stocked the kitchen with virtually everything you might need to enjoy your stay without having to bring anything but your essentials. Sea More Fripp was the perfect home for our family over Thanksgiving week. The home is comfortable, the location is great. Of all the homes we've rented, this kitchen was by far the most well stocked. every tool, appliance and service item you could need is here! The 2nd refrigerator in the garage was perfect for beverages, freeing up the kitchen fridge for all the food needed for a week's vacation. The golf cart was a nice bonus! Jennifer and Catherine were fantastic to communicate with. We couldn't have enjoyed our time more, and hope to be back again soon!

The property was excellent. A few little glitches with the golf cart but ok. I have great issues with the owners and their 12% hospitality tax. That is a game changer for us ever going back to Fripp. It was going to cost us about $1200 for 3 of us to play golf.Really? So goodby to a wonderful place

As a property owner on Fripp, I share your concerns about the big increases the resort has applied in the last couple of years. While they've made some good investments overall, the costs have really gone up. If you change your mind in the future about returning to Fripp, we'd love to have you stay with us again!
