Overview
This newly renovated third row home is a vacationer's dream! Someday Came has 5 bedrooms and sleeps 11 comfortably. It includes a private dock off of the back yard. This convenience allows you to bring your own boat, kayak or jet skis – Fripp Canal has direct access to Skull Inlet and leads to some of the best fishing grounds on the East Coast. There is a fish cleaning station on the dock and a second fish cleaning station with sink under the house, along with a charcoal and gas grill. A private outdoor shower is perfect for washing off all of those sandy feet and there is plenty of outdoor seating for all to sit and enjoy the beauty of Fripp from the privacy of this home. From the screened in porch you can sit and enjoy the sound of the waves crashing from the ocean while you watch a group of Whitetail bucks grazing in the backyard!
You'll enjoy spending time with friends and family in the living area- both indoors and out. There is a 60 inch flat screen TV with Roku in the living area, Smart tvs in all 5 bedrooms and an extra large screened-in porch with large flat screen TV as well. The chefs in your party will be thrilled with the large, open concept kitchen complete with quartz counter tops, stainless appliances and ample counter & cabinet space. The kitchen island seats 4 guests and the dining table seats 10 guests comfortably, with newly added banquette seating & a leaf to pull out for added room.
You can enjoy sunset views of Fripp Canal and wildlife from the comfort of the large screened in porch, or the sun deck. You will not need to leave Someday Came to enjoy the wildlife and the views. You are on the southern tip of Fripp Island, which is convenient to the beach, Ocean Creek golf course, marina, Cabana Club and the Beach Club pools and ammenities.
A six person/limo style golf cart is included.
Dual garage entrances allow you covered parking for two vehicles, and four more vehicles can easily be parked in the driveway or on parking pad.
Ammenity cards are available for purchase. Cards give renters acceess to activities, golf, tennis, pools and restaurants.

Weekly rentals only during peak season.
Rental weeks run Saturday to Saturday during Peak season. Sunday to Sunday is available during low season.
Principal renter must be 25 years or older. No subletting allowed.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until a deposit and a signed Rental Agreement is received.
Payment Methods
All major credit cards accepted. Also accepted: eCheck (Electronic check), Venmo or PayPal.
Cancellation and Refunds
Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. We will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s), if paid by credit card. If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent your dates. We do, however, offer Travel Insurance protection.
