Welcome to 406 Capt. John Fripp Villa, a beautifully situated second-floor villa in the heart of Fripp Island. With gorgeous ocean views, a private deck, a 4-seat golf cart, and an ideal location near many of the island’s favorite destinations, this is the perfect place to slow down, reconnect, and enjoy everything Fripp Island has to offer. With two bedrooms and two baths, this comfortable retreat is a great choice for enjoying the island’s many amenities while staying close to the beach.
The primary bedroom features a king bed and full ensuite bath. The second bedroom offers a full bed and twin bunk beds, while the living room has a queen sofa bed for additional sleeping space. Six guests can sleep in the bedrooms, with room for up to eight when the sofa bed is used.
Step outside to enjoy the deck and gorgeous ocean views, or hop in the included 4-seat golf cart to explore all that Fripp Island has to offer. Cruise to the beach, visit the island’s amenities, or simply take a leisurely ride and enjoy the natural beauty along the way. Enjoy the beautiful courtyard during the day or enjoy the night experience there with lighting.
Club cards are not available with this property and cannot be purchased elsewhere. No Club Card? No Problem! While this property does not include a Club card, there are still plenty of ways to enjoy Fripp Island and the surrounding areas! You’ll have full access to stunning beach spots as well as our private, community pool. In addition, you can visit the crabbing dock, Wardle’s Landing pier, scenic island parks and the Audubon Trail. Stop by the Marina Deli or Springtide Market for a bite, or explore the Community Center, where activities are open to all. Looking for even more adventure? Just across the bridge, Hunting Island offers pristine beaches, hiking trails, and a historic lighthouse. Or take a short drive to Lady’s Island, Beaufort and Port Royal, where charming waterfronts, historic sites, shopping and local dining await!
PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED (DOGS ONLY). You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.

Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.

All major credit/debit cards are accepted. A 2.9% transaction fee is charged by the credit card processing company. Electronic checks, or eChecks, are also accepted. No transaction fee is charged for eCheck processing.
Cancellation and Refunds
Notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. If paid via credit card, we will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s).
If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.
