Welcome to 368 Wahoo Drive, a peaceful canal-front retreat offering a relaxing setting for your next Fripp Island getaway. This spacious two-story home features comfortable gathering spaces, beautiful canal views, a 4-seat golf cart included for your use and a private dock for fishing or enjoying time on the water.
The main level features an inviting living area, a fully equipped kitchen and dining space, and a primary bedroom with a king bed and private ensuite bathroom. The ensuite includes both a walk-in shower and soaking tub. A half bath is also conveniently located on this level.
Upstairs, Bedroom #2 features a king bed, while the remaining two guest bedrooms each offer a queen bed and private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. A shared full bathroom with a shower/tub combination is adjacent to Bedroom #2. With four bedrooms and four and a half bathrooms, 368 Wahoo Drive comfortably accommodates up to eight guests.
Step outside to enjoy the peaceful canal setting. The spacious main-level deck features casual seating, a high-top table for four, and a dining table perfect for alfresco meals. The lower-level patio offers additional seating and a dedicated grilling area, while Adirondack chairs on the lawn provide a peaceful spot to take in the canal views.
A path from the lawn leads to a boardwalk and the private dock, where a seating area and fish cleaning station make it easy to enjoy a day on the water. The extended dock is a great place to cast a line or launch a kayak and explore the peaceful canal.
Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.
PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED (DOGS ONLY). You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.

Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.
Payment Methods
All major credit/debit cards are accepted. A 2.9% transaction fee is charged by the credit card processing company. Electronic checks, or eChecks, are also accepted. No transaction fee is charged for eCheck processing.
Cancellation and Refunds
Notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. If paid via credit card, we will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s).
If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.
