This inviting three-bedroom, three-bath home offers sweeping views of the Atlantic and nearby Pritchards Island, all just steps from the Cabana Club. Spend your days lounging by one of the three pools, enjoying lunch at the poolside restaurant, or unwinding with a drink at the welcoming bar area. When you’re ready to explore, the included six-seat golf cart makes it easy to visit the island’s beach accesses, all just a short ride away.
Inside, the home is designed to make the most of its beautiful coastal setting. The main living area, kitchen, and back deck all showcase stunning water views, creating the perfect backdrop for gathering with family and friends. The first floor features a comfortable guest bedroom with a queen bed and a small refrigerator nearby, along with a full hall bath with a walk-in shower. Upstairs, one guest bedroom is ideal for kids or extra guests with a twin bunk bed, twin daybed, and twin trundle, plus a private bath with a tub/shower combination. The spacious primary suite offers a king bed, private balcony, small refrigerator, and the same breathtaking views you’ll enjoy throughout the home. Its en-suite bath includes a soaking tub, double vanity, and separate shower stall. Mounted TVs in every bedroom provide an added touch of comfort and convenience.
Outside, the ground-level lounge area and gas grill create another relaxing space to enjoy the salty breeze and unforgettable scenery. From sunrise coffee on the deck to evenings under the stars, this home is the perfect place to settle into island time.
Pets are considered for this property. A maximum of 2 dogs that are small (no larger than 20 pounds). PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED (DOGS ONLY). You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.
Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.

Cancellation and Refunds
Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. We will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s), if paid by credit card. If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.

This place is great! The view is beautiful. The house is furnished well. There was just two of us during our stay but the house has so much space and room for several people. The 6 seater gas golf cart was awesome, it even has a nice stereo and speakers. Management was also great and quick to answer any questions I had. I would definitely consider renting 34 Sea Mist again.

We enjoyed staying at this house this year. It had great views of the march and ocean. Walking distance to the Cabana Club and Activity Center. The house was clean and decorated very beachy! We also enjoyed the 6 seater golf cart! We would definitely like to rent this place again!
34 Sea mist was amazing. Let me first talk about the VIEW!!!! My favorite part. The serenity is unmatched. We used that porch any free minute we had…which was a lot ?? It’s Fripp so you can’t help but relax. The house was very clean, kitchen had everything you needed and more…which has not always been our experience in Rentals. (Only thing I would add more of is dish towels. With so many people there are a lot of dishes. And one towel isn’t enough) Bed were good Linens very comfortable. They had a great selection of games to use. Golf cart worked out perfectly. Loved that it came with the rental. So much more convenient then have to do the pick up and drop off through the resort. Management staff was quick to respond and very accommodating if you needed anything. We really didn’t. But had to contact them about something I had delivered and it was put in the mail box that we didn’t have access to. House is great . I would Highly recommend
Amazing home and location.
This is the second time we stayed at this rental. It was clean and well decorated. I love the marsh/beach combo view! The location is perfect for quick access to the Cabana pool and Activity Center. The contacts were informative and responsive! We would definitely stay here again!
The family and I absolutely love this place! The views are great and you’re close to the fishing pier and pool. Plus it’s even quieter on that end of the island. The 6 person golf cart works out very well for our family. We’ve stayed in the same house the last two years and will hopefully continue staying here when get to come back.
