This 3 bedroom / 3 bath home is just step away from the Cabana Club. Enjoy the 3 separate pools and delicious lunch and welcoming bar area. Take the provided 6 seat golf cart to the one of the 31 beach accesses just a short ride away. The first floor has a bedroom and full bath. The kitchen, family room, and back deck offer stunning views of the ocean and Pritchard's island. Upstairs has two additional bedrooms each with a private bathroom. The master bedroom has the same great views and a private balcony. The ground level has a gas grill and lounge area in a nice sandy area once again with the same amazing views. You will love this home.

Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.

Cancellation and Refunds
Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. We will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s), if paid by credit card. If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.

This place is great! The view is beautiful. The house is furnished well. There was just two of us during our stay but the house has so much space and room for several people. The 6 seater gas golf cart was awesome, it even has a nice stereo and speakers. Management was also great and quick to answer any questions I had. I would definitely consider renting 34 Sea Mist again.

We enjoyed staying at this house this year. It had great views of the march and ocean. Walking distance to the Cabana Club and Activity Center. The house was clean and decorated very beachy! We also enjoyed the 6 seater golf cart! We would definitely like to rent this place again!
34 Sea mist was amazing. Let me first talk about the VIEW!!!! My favorite part. The serenity is unmatched. We used that porch any free minute we had…which was a lot ?? It’s Fripp so you can’t help but relax. The house was very clean, kitchen had everything you needed and more…which has not always been our experience in Rentals. (Only thing I would add more of is dish towels. With so many people there are a lot of dishes. And one towel isn’t enough) Bed were good Linens very comfortable. They had a great selection of games to use. Golf cart worked out perfectly. Loved that it came with the rental. So much more convenient then have to do the pick up and drop off through the resort. Management staff was quick to respond and very accommodating if you needed anything. We really didn’t. But had to contact them about something I had delivered and it was put in the mail box that we didn’t have access to. House is great . I would Highly recommend
