Overview
Tidal Treasure - 328 Captain John Fripp Villa - is a newly renovated 2 bedroom 2 bath villa rental. We have carefully crafted and designed a cozy space with big heart that offers comfort and function. The villa sleeps six guests and includes an open living and dining room space, with an outdoor patio for dining and relaxing. The master bedroom porch looks out onto the private pool for John Fripp Villa guests only. The pool in the middle of the complex is a nice benefit of staying at Tidal Treasure. There is a beautiful grassy courtyard with a boardwalk that leads straight to one of the most gorgeous beaches in the Carolinas!
We believe the cure for anything is salt water! Well appointed, warm, and welcoming, Tidal Treasue Villa is perfect for families, girls trips, two couples, or a sweet time away for just the two of you. Whether you catch your own dinner, cook in, or dine out, you'll expereince the full flavor of a vacation meant for lazy, salty, sandy days with loved ones.
While we do not offer amenty cards for the island, with the beach and the pool at your doorstep you have everything you need. Our guest book is full of great ideas for off island dining and entertainment. So much to explore on the way to Beaufort and Beaufort offers so many great tours and restaurants. Day trips to Savannah, Charleston, and Hilton Head can also be fun excursions.
Our den living space is full of wonderful artwork and books that will be charming to dig into plus there is a 65 inch tv for movie night and great sports viewing as well. We have made sure to provide lots of comfortabe seating, too!
The kitchen is well equiped for you cooking needs.
Bedroom 1 has a king size bed and tv.
Bedrooms 2 has a queen size bed with lightweight stacking twin beds. Can be a great day bed if not needed for extra sleeping or it can be separated to make two separate twin beds. Great options for extra sleep space as needed.
Both bedrooms are upstairs and share a bath. One bathroom is downstairs with the main living area. Upstairs bathroom has a walk in shower while the downstairs bath has a regular tub/shower.
Amenities
Club cards are not available with this property and cannot be purchased elsewhere.
Club cards are not required to access the beach, crabbing dock, Wardle's Landing pier, isalnd parks, shops, Marine store, or Springtide Market. The community center activities also do not require a club card.
Club cards are required for the Beach Club pool, the Cabana Club Pool, the Bonita Boathouse, and the Adult Pool near the Beach Club.

2 cars allowed for the villa parking. One numbered space for our unit. Other spaces are numbered 300/400 and are general parking for the villas.

Cancellation and Refunds
If you cancel, no refund unless house can be re-rented. In the case of a Mandatory evacuation of the Island due to hurricane, storms or other, we will accommodate any unused days to another available time, or we will refund the remainder of the rent. To insure your vacation investment we do offer Travel Insurance protection.
