Guest cards are available for an additional charge giving renters full access to all Fripp Island facilities. There are two 18 hole golf courses (discount green fees), Olympic-size pool, adult pool with beach bar, Cabana Club lagoon, and ten court tennis club (court fees apply), fitness center, bike rentals and several restaurants. Through the marina you can rent a kayak, SUP, or book a dolphin watch cruise. Cards cost $50 per person per week Memorial Day through Labor Day and $35 per person per week the rest of the year. Children 13 and up must have their own card. In order to go to the Island restaurants all members of the party must have a guest card unless under 13.
The villa is on the central part of the island steps from the best beach and the pool. The adult pool, another kid pool, beach club, food court, and sports bar are all a very short walk.

I have been visiting Fripp Island since the late 1970's with my family. I have since continued that tradition by bringing my family and now my grandchildren. We love the great family atmosphere Fripp has to offer. We enjoy all of that Fripp has it to offer for all ages. It is amazing how relaxing it is riding around the island in a golf cart. If you visit, you will love it too.
When this unit came on the market in early 2022, we decided to make the purchase. We have been renters of this villa for many, many years! We love the location for the easy beach access and having the pool right outside the door.
We have made some updates to the unit, we hope you enjoy them-- 3 new Smart TVS, new couches, and window treatments.
Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit (preferably by e-check) is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until a deposit and signed Rental Agreement are received.

Cancellation and Refunds
Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. We will refund the sums you have paid minus any credit card fees if applicable. If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit,

Plenty of room for our family of 4. The villa was clean, and the perfect location. The pool was right off the back patio, and the beach walk was just a few steps away. The owner was easily accessible when needed, and quick to respond to questions.

Beautiful and absolutely tge best location on the island! We loved the patio and the pool being right out our back door! Great for all small families!! Very responsive and so accommodating!

We were very happy with the accommodations! The kitchen was fully stocked, which is very important to us. Loved that you could walk out the back door to the private pool. Nancy was amazing to deal with! Very responsive! Very clean and beautifully decorated!

Condo was great. Steps to pool. On entry the smell of clean was outstanding. Place was clean, well furnished, no complaints. Owner was great and easy to contact. Highly recommend.

We were very pleased with this house. The location was perfect and we loved the private boardwalk to the beach. The house had everything we needed and the kitchen was fully stocked with cooking supplies and accessories. We did not use the pool but it looked lovely. The golf cart was perfect for four people. The house was clean and the beds were comfortable. The deer would come right up on our patio every evening for carrots. Lisa was great at communicating. I would recommend this house to my friends and family and hope to return.
