Located in the private community of Deer Lake, you’ll enjoy the open-concept living with great natural light that pours in from the floor to ceiling windows. Cathedral ceilings add to the roomy feel of this 3 bedroom, 2 bath home which has room for up to 8 guests. You’ll find the well-appointed kitchen perfect for family meals and a quick bite before heading to the beach. Enjoy relaxing on the back deck, overlooking a large lagoon. This home is a short walk or golf cart ride to the neighborhood playground and the community pool is across the street from the house! Enjoy the quiet side of Fripp and take in all the island has to offer including amazing wildlife, kayaking and more.
The Primary bedroom has a full ensuite with a single vanity and shower.
Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and shares a bathroom with tub/shower combo, with bedroom 3.
The kitchen is updated with island seating and stainless-steel appliances.
A large living room, with fireplace and the adjacent dining area are perfect for family gatherings.
A golf cart is included with your weekly stay.
PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED. You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.
Payment Methods
All major credit/debit cards are accepted. A 2.9% transaction fee is charged by the credit card processing company. Electronic checks, or eChecks, are also accepted. No transaction fee is charged for eCheck processing.
Cancellation and Refunds
Notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. If paid via credit card, we will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s).
If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.
