Charming Charleston Style Beach Cottage with Ocean Views and Four Verandas. Enjoy the views of the ocean and Pritchards Island. The house is located on the southern most tip of Fripp Island on a quiet cul-de-sac. Walk to Cabana Club Pool, fishing pier, Animal Sanctuary, and Kids Club.
Updates throughout the entire house include new kitchen, baths, flooring, furniture and mattresses. The first floor boasts a kitchen and living room open concept with french doors to screened-in porch. There is also a bedroom with a queen bed and twin daybed with updated bath and private veranda. The second floor offers a large bedroom with two queen beds and veranda, laundry room and primary bedroom with king size bed, updated bath with large soaking tub. The primary bedroom offers a private veranda with beautiful views of the Ocean and Pritchards Island.
PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED. You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.
Amenities
Amenity Club Cards are available for purchase that will give you access to all Restaurants, Pools, Gym, Golfing and Tennis. Golf Carts are the main means of transportation on the island and one will be included with your stay.
A new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards for access to the resort amenities.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.

Cancellation and Refunds
Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. We will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s), if paid by credit card. If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent your dates. We do, however, offer Travel Insurance protection.

We enjoyed our stay! The house was clean and spacious and well updated. We enjoyed the views from the balcony’s and the swing on the second floor balcony was a nice touch. The only negative I can say is the huge tub in the upstairs master drains really really slow, much to the disappointment of my three year old haha. We did not let him take a bath in after the first night after we saw it took like 20-30 minutes to drain and we didn’t even fill it full. Thanks for an enjoyable stay.

Great house, good set up for families/pets. Love that there was a view of Skull INlet that wasnt really advertised- great perk from our balcony!
We had another wonderful week at Fripp. The house worked great for our family and had everything we needed. The extra beach chairs and crabbing nets were a bonus! Renee was very quick to respond when we had questions or concerns.
Overall the house is wonderful and very convenient. It has a great layout and the beds are very comfortable.
We absolutely loved our time at 23 Veranda Beach. The house was spotless and had plenty of room for our family. With a little work the bikes were rideable and used often. The included golf cart was wonderful. The only downside was we couldn’t get the master TV to work and the ants were everywhere in the house (maybe just typical of island living). We have rented our last three houses from Fripp Island Stay and they are wonderful! Renee was especially helpful with our questions and communicated quickly:
This was our first trip to Fripp Island and we really liked it! House was clean and beautiful. It worked well for our extended family. Beds were comfortable. We loved the screened porch and the big kitchen. The location was great, within easy walking distance to the Cabana Club and the Activity Center. Amenity/guests cards are quite pricey for the benefit received. It was very difficult to get questions answered by Fripp Island Stay. The kitchen desperately needs some good frying pans.

This home is so comfortable. The room layout works great for our family. The weather was beautiful. We enjoyed finding whole sand dollars on the beach. We hope to return!
