Come enjoy the beauty of the wildlife, natural vegetation, and pristine beaches that Fripp has to offer. Nestled in the private Deer Lake community, our home is situated on a quiet cul-de-sac with lagoon views from the back porches. Jump in the golf cart to explore the beaches and wonders of Fripp, or stroll over to the private Deer Lake neighborhood pool and playground for an afternoon of fun!   

Our home features an open-concept floor plan with floor-to-ceiling windows highlighting beautiful sunsets and lagoon views from the living area. Tastefully decorated, the living room also includes a fireplace, vaulted ceilings and wall mounted television with Hulu, Netflix, etc. 

A modern kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking and entertaining needs. It has a large quartz island that seats four comfortably and is adjacent to the dining room that seats an additional six. The dining area opens up to a screened-in porch where you can relax and immerse yourself in the peaceful nature of the island. From there head to the spacious deck, complete with an outdoor lounge area, grill and dining table. It is the perfect place to observe birds, fish, deer and more in the lagoon and surrounding yard. An outdoor shower lets you rinse off the sand after the beach! 

The primary bedroom features a queen bed, spacious closet and an en-suite, full bathroom. The second bedroom features a nautical themed bunk bed as well as a queen size bed and ample closet space. It also has an ensuite, full bathroom with washer and dryer. 

Our home is very kid-friendly, as it is all located on one floor, and the bunk beds are perfect for fort building and lounging! 

Included is a six seat golf cart, which is a fun way to travel around the island!

PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED.  You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.
