Fripp Island is an amazing destination with 3.5 miles of powdery white sand and amazing wildlife (deer, over 175 species of birds, turtles, dolphins, alligators and more!). Also, amenity cards are available for purchase to Fripp Island Resort, which gives you access to a lot of amenities (some directly across the street or in the parking lot) including swimming pools, restaurants, tennis, pickleball, two beautiful golf courses, fitness center, activity center, marina and much more. There are additional fees to play golf, pickleball and tennis. Also, there is plenty to enjoy without the resort amenity cards: beach, biking, fishing, watching wildlife, etc!

 

Fripp Island is next to Hunting Island State Park. Hunting Island boast more than 3000 acres of salt marsh and more than 4 miles of beach and a saltwater lagoon. It also has a fantastic lighthouse open to the public and nature center with a variety of wildlife and regularly scheduled programs. Don't forget to bring your bikes and fishing poles.

Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation, and the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until a deposit and a signed Rental Agreement is received.

Cancellation and Refunds
If you cancel at least 30 days before check in, you will receive a full refund. Cancellations made 14 to 29 days prior to check in will receive a 50% refund. No refunds for cancellations within 14 days to arrival. In the case of a Mandatory evacuation of the Island due to hurricane, storms or other, we will accommodate any unused days to another available time, or we will refund the remainder of the rent. To insure your vacation investment we do offer Travel Insurance protection.
