Brand new home to Fripp island rental market. Don't miss the opportunity to stay in this elegant house with endless marshviews. The home is centrally located on Fripp Island in the popular Ocean Creek neighborhood and therefore close to everything! You are a short walk to the Cabana Club, Activity Center (and kids club), fishing pier, and more. Take the six-seat golf cart for a short ride to beautiful beaches or to the Marina, where you can grab dinner at Bonito Boathouse or take an island excursion, or just cruise the island to see the flora and fauna Fripp is famous for.
The house has a reverse layout with the kitchen, dining, and living room all overlooking the quintessential Lowcountry marsh upstairs. There is also an en-suite second primary upstairs. The first floor has two bedrooms and the en-suite primary. Every bedroom has a balcony attached for a peaceful place to relax and sip coffee or escape the family for a moment! The main living space is designed for family gatherings and entertaining! You'll enjoy movie nights on the large-screen smart TV while food is being served from the kitchen in this open floorplan.
After a sun-filled day at the beach, rinse of at the outdoor shower on your way to relax on our large screened porches. The flow of the house is perfect for large families, two families, or up to four sets of adults each using their own room.
The house was recently renovated and professionally decorated. It's an excellent place for a family vacation or a fun girls week with both comfort and glitz. There is a large primary bedroom and ensuite bathroom. There are twin beds in one of the bedrooms and queens in the others. There's a pull out couch for kids or the random uncle who always shows up and a day bed with a soft terrycloth covering in front of the main window which, honestly, is our favorite place to lounge in the whole house. Each bedroom has a smart TV for catching the game or watching movies.
As of 2/21/2023 a new 12.8% resort rental fee will be charged in addtion to the cost of individual club cards for access to the resort amenities for all properties on Fripp Island. Amenity cards can be purchased for $50 per person, for anyone 13 years and older, during the season from Memorial Day to Labor Day. During non-peak times they are $35 for a 4-night stay and $25 for a 3-night stay. These cards provide access to any of the seven pools, two golf courses, tennis/pickleball courts, and the fitness center. Some fees apply for activities.
PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED. You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.
Included in the rental is a new six-seat golf cart to ride around the island, beach chairs, smart TV's for streaming, towels, and bed linens. There is also a Weber grill on the porch outside the kitchen and a charcoal grill available in the garage.

Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.

Cancellation and Refunds
Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. We will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s), if paid by credit card. If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.

Beautiful house and even better views! Communication from the hosts was great. Decor was perfect! The 6 person golf cart was exactly what we needed. We also loved the close proximity to the Cabana Club and Activity Center.
Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us it was a very special Christmas. The beds were so comfortable and the addition of the Down comforters made it even that much cozier. The Kitchen was stocked so well and the frying pans even had their non-stick coating which in a rental is a miracle. The view (OH MY THE VIEW!) and out every window of every room. The weather was cold but we still loved the use of the golf cart and took advantage of the disappearance of golfers and got to enjoy some golf course views. The giant TVs in every room,(batteries in the remotes were dead) were such a treat. Our 3 cars fit perfectly in the drive. My only disappointment was the Primary Bath Shower the water pressure was little to none and would not get hot and this by no means ruined anything for us there were two more bathrooms but we did have to resort to sharing a shower. My family visits Fripp Island yearly and this home made our we would return list so we recommend staying here.
Our family enjoyed our stay very much! It was perfect for all 6 adults and 2 five year olds. The house comfortably accommodated all of us. It was very well kept and clean, everything worked and functioned properly. It was a short walk, or a really quick golf cart ride to the Cabana Club, which had three pool options. Even though they were still super chilly, the kids of course didn’t mind! We used beach access 16 and truly appreciated having the 6 seater golf cart. The marsh view was beautiful and the large windows were perfect for deer and bird watching! Thank you to the owners for always being very quick in responding when I contacted with questions beforehand. We are already hoping for a return trip, and feel we already know exactly where we will want to stay! Thanks again for sharing your home with us!
We loved our stay at Fripp! The house was immaculate and beautiful. We loved riding on the golf cart and using resort amenities such as the pool and workout room! We made great memories at Fripp!!!
Beautiful home and cozy. Check in was easy and owner was very helpful. The house was very clean. We loved having plenty of seating inside and the outside balconies. The small touches were also really nice. I would definitely stay here again. Having the golf car was really nice. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us. We really enjoyed the island and can't wait to come back.
