Overview
This property features open-concept living, perfect to share time with family and friends. The living room is plenty of seating for family movie nights and relaxing after a day at the beach. The adjacent kitchen is fully stocked with utensils and cookware including a coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, a tea kettle, blenders, and a crock pot. Group meals can be served in the dining room which seats 8 and there is additional seating at the bar and a nearby game table.
A large queen guest room is located on the first floor. An additional sleeping option is provided in the living room which includes a chair with a twin fold out bed.
Upstairs you’ll find a full primary with ensuite bathroom with soaking tub, large shower and large closet. The third bedroom includes a queen bed and couch. The fourth bedroom has 4 twin beds.
There are porches off of all bedrooms with a screened porch off the back of the house.
Surrounded by several holes of the Ocean Creek golf course, you are just a short golf cart ride to the beach, the Marina, Ocean Creek golf course, the Beach Club and the Cabana Club!
For added fun and convenience, this property offers: Boogie boards, Beach chairs, Umbrellas. You'll also find a Roku TV in all bedrooms except Primary as well as Alexa or echo dots in all bedrooms and living room. There's also a JBL speaker available.
PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED. You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.
Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.
Payment Methods
All major credit/debit cards are accepted. A 2.9% transaction fee is charged by the credit card processing company. Electronic checks, or eChecks, are also accepted. No transaction fee is charged for eCheck processing.
Cancellation and Refunds
Notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. If paid via credit card, we will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s).
If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.
