When you arrive on Fripp Island, you will feel like you have discovered a piece of paradise. The beauty of the wildlife and vegetation will overcome you and make you forget all the stress of everyday life. Our home will allow you to enjoy a fun and relaxing family vacation or your golfing getaway. It has been freshly painted inside and out this Fall for a fresh new look!
Our vacation place has one king-size bed in the primary suite with a tv. The loft contains two twin beds, along with a tv. This makes a great children hangout. The two bedrooms downstairs each have two queen-size beds. All the beds have memory foam mattresses for your comfort in mind. There are three full baths. The kitchen is fully equipped for your cooking needs and contains an island which seats six. We also have a dining table that seats an additional six people. Our screened-in porch allows for the view of the peaceful atmosphere of the island. Watching the deer graze in and out offers a wonderful pasttime activity!
We are conveniently located on Ocean Creek Golf Course, just minutes to the beach, marina, and most resort activities. Our home includes a golf cart, which is a fun way to travel around the island! Pets are considered, and if allowed, will incur an extra fee.
Most importantly, my husband and I take pride in being available for any questions you may have. It is our utmost desire that you have a wonderful vacation in our home, and excellent communication is, we feel, something that is very important.
PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED. You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.

Fripp Island club cards may be purchased.
A new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards for access to the resort amenities.

Our home is very kid-friendly. We understand that many times it is hard to pack all the baby essentials. We have a high chair, pack and play, infant seat and gate available for your use.
Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until a deposit and a signed Rental Agreement is received.

Cancellation and Refunds
If 60 days notice is given, 100% refund. In the case of a Mandatory evacuation of the Island due to hurricane, storms or other, we will accommodate any unused days to another available time, or we will refund the remainder of the rent. To insure your vacation investment we do offer Travel Insurance protection.

Our family really enjoyed our time on the island. The house was at a perfect location between the beach, marina, and cabana club. The house was clean and comfortable for our party of 8. Would certainly rent again!

This house exceeded our expectations and we had an amazing stay over Thanksgiving. Everything we needed to cook our meal was there. It was clean, freshly painted and the beds were so comfortable. Linda was very responsive to questions and quick to solve a golf cart key hiccup. We will definitely stay here again in the future.
We had a wonderful visit to this property. We found it to be clean, quiet, and spacious. We enjoyed the golf cart rides to the beach and to tour and sight see on the island. The beds were comfortable. The owner was easy to communicate with as well as very prompt responding to any questions etc. we would definitely stay here again. We cooked all of our meals at the house. The kitchen was well equipped and we enjoyed grilling out one night.
The house was great for our family vacation. Big enough everyone had their own space but still having meals together etc. the beds are amazing and we all slept great! Hosts were great and quick to reply to any questions. Would definitely rent again!
This was a great house! Close to the beach. There were some housekeeping issues that the owner immediately took care of! A few more plates and pots and pans would be helpful. I would definitely stay here again!

We felt this house could have been a little cleaner. The linens were not all clean and some were even tattered. The sheets were very worn. It was a dog friendly home but our dog kept going over to the area rug to sniff so we decided to role it up. Upon doing so it had several stains that showed on the backside. Several of the dishes were chipped or cracked. The dark brown carpet on the stairs and in the bedrooms really needed replaced. It was very worn and a nastly feeling to walk on it after seeing the shape the area rug was in. There was only one working t.v. in the master bedroom and one in the living area. The t.v. in the loft area did not work and the other bedrooms did not have a t.v. The charcoal grill had a broken grate that made grilling a little hard trying not to dump your food into the coals. The owner did respond quickly, however, when our golf cart broke down.

As you know, we tried to reach you during your stay to discuss the unapproved pet. When you finally responded, no issues were brought to our attention. We will review each item to make sure future guests have the enjoyable experience we strive to provide.
This is my third stay at 15 Davis Love. The accommodations are awesome and the homeowner is an absolute pleasure to work with. You can't go wrong with this home or location.

The house was perfect for my family and convenient to Ocean Creek Golf Club, The Cabana Club and the beach. The golf cart on site was a big plus too. The house was well stocked, and furnished well, for our trip. We plan to return to this house in 2024!
