Welcome to 134 Captain John Fripp Villa, a spacious three-bedroom, three-bathroom retreat just steps from the sand and surf. This villa comfortably sleeps up to eight guests and offers a prime location with both ocean views and quick access to the beach boardwalk. The Beach Club, Olympic-sized pool, and island dining are all right next door, making this the perfect spot for a family getaway.
The primary suite features a king bed and a private bathroom with a tub/shower combination. A second bedroom also offers a king bed and its bathroom has a walk-in shower. Upstairs, you’ll find a large bedroom designed for groups or kids, furnished with two full beds and two twin beds. The third bathroom has a walk-in shower.
A well-equipped kitchen makes it easy to prepare meals at home, while the open living area is perfect for relaxing together after a day at the beach. Step outside to the private patio to enjoy the coastal breeze or wander just a few steps to the Beach Club or boardwalk for easy island fun.
With its comfortable layout, convenient location, and plenty of sleeping space, this villa has everything you need for a carefree Fripp Island vacation.

Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.
Payment Methods
All major credit/debit cards are accepted. A 2.9% transaction fee is charged by the credit card processing company. Electronic checks, or eChecks, are also accepted. No transaction fee is charged for eCheck processing.
Cancellation and Refunds
Notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. If paid via credit card, we will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s).
If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.
