Our charming little Cottage offers the perfect blend of comfort, luxury, and breathtaking views. It is a cozy cottage featuring 1 bedroom and 1.5 baths. When you walk into the front door and see the amazing ocean view, it will draw you in and you may not want to leave our little slice of heaven. The lower level offers a screened in porch with a dining option overlooking the beautiful view of the Atlantic Ocean with sounds of ocean waves crashing on the sea wall. There is an additional second floor porch with the same breathtaking view for relaxing with an afternoon book or taking a siesta. This little cottage can sleep up to 5 people comfortably with additional bedding options. The master bedroom has a Queen size bed and the living room has a cabinet bed that quickly provides an additional Queen bed option. There is a roll away bed if needed for a fifth person. Our guests can enjoy the beauty of both sunrise and moonrise from the two spacious porches, which offer panoramic views of the Atlantic Ocean. Guests have access to the exclusive community pool, providing a perfect spot for relaxation and socializing. The interior boasts elegant hardwood floors and modern stainless-steel appliances, combining style with functionality. The cottage is well stocked with all the kitchen necessities offering you the ability to stay in and prepare meals if desired. Guests will have access to the owner's 4 Seater Golf Cart for use on the island. There is also a Hunting Island Pass available for guest to use the park with no entry fee.
