Overview
859 Water Oak Cove is a spacious 4 bedroom, 3 full bath home, situated on a lagoon in the center of the island, with easy access to all amenities, making this the ideal location for a family vacation. The house is newly renovated (January 2014), adding 2 new bedrooms and a full bath on the second floor, a large screened in porch overlooking the lagoon, and a huge outdoor shower.
Our private neighborhood pool, complete with a full sized tree house, is just around the corner.
Fripp Island boasts 2 championship golf courses (“100 Best Golf Resorts in North America” – by Links Magazine). Our Ocean Creek Course was renovated in 2013 with new paspalum turf, so thick and smooth it acts like tiny tees holding your ball at precisely the right height. Come play the same turf the pros played at the PGA Championship!
We have 3 1/2 miles of unspoiled and uncrowded wide beach.
8 clay and 2 hard tennis courts – lighted for play after dark.
The marina offers many water sports, including fishing, kayaking and paddle boarding.
The beach club offers coffee, ice cream, pizza, chicken, sandwiches, shopping, fitness center, business center, other pools and tennis.
We are a short walk or golf cart ride from the beach, the marina, and other resort amenities. Or you might hop on the golf cart for a 5 minute trip to either of the championship golf courses.

Private neighbor pool is included in rental
Guest cards are available for an additional charge giving renters full access to all Fripp Island facilities. There are two 18 hole golf courses (green fees apply), Olympic-size pool, adult pool with beach bar, Cabana Club lagoon, and ten court tennis club (court fees apply), fitness center, bike rentals and several restaurants. Through the marina you can rent a kayak, SUP, or book a dolphin watch cruise. Cards cost $50 per person per week Memorial Day through Labor Day and $35 per person per week the rest of the year. Children 13 and up must have their own card. In order to go to the Island restaurants all members of the party must have a guest card unless under 13.
Four seat golf cart is included with rental.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.
Payment Methods
All major credit cards accepted. Also accepted: eCheck (Electronic check).
Cancellation and Refunds
100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
Service Fee fully refunded on cancellations that qualify for 100% refund.
In the case of a Mandatory evacuation of the Island due to hurricane, storms or other, we will accommodate any unused days to another available time, or we will refund the remainder of the rent. To insure your vacation investment we do offer Travel Insurance protection.

We had a wonderful time at the property! We loved being able to walk to the community pool. But our favorite area was the screened in porch! It was perfect for drinking coffee in the mornings. It was also really nice to have 2 primary suites! Thank you for a nice stay!
