Sea Sounds located on prestigious Marlin Drive, Fripp Island S.C. is your ideal vacation destination. Perfectly situated steps from the ocean (truly the best beach location), whether high tide or low, enjoy the convenience of walking to and from the beach!
Sun bathe on the front deck or enjoy relaxing on the back deck. Take advantage of our 6 seat electric golf cart and beach bicycles to explore the entire island or travel to the pools, fitness center or the tennis courts.
This home offers tons of space with a variety of sleeping arrangements. There is room for large families or couples traveling together and plenty of space for multi-generational stays. The king suite, with a golf view, and a queen suite with a lovely ocean view and French doors to the front deck share a Jack and Jill bath. The third bedroom offers a queen with a full ensuite. The fourth bedroom is a bunk room with a twin over twin and a twin over full. Along with the 4 bedrooms, our home has two additional dedicated sleeping spaces: the first floor rec. room and third floor loft. The rec. room includes two twin over full bunk beds. The loft space includes a queen bed and an additional sleeping space with 3 twin fold-out chairs as well as its own cozy wet-room style bathroom.
Bring your iPod and just plug in! The house is wired with XM Satellite Radio for your enjoyment. Bedrooms have TV's with DVD and radio.
Our kitchen now includes granite counters and all professional grade stainless steel appliances. Preparing your favorite low country dinner will be a delight.
Enjoy your meals in our spacious eat-in kitchen, separate dining room and screened in porch. There is more than ample room to stock your groceries in our oversized Woodmode cabinetry. Beautifully furnished and overlooking the 8th tee of the Ocean Point Golf Course and several lagoons, our porch is the perfect spot for morning coffee and leisure.

Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.
Club cards are not required to access the beach, crabbing dock, pier, shops, marina deli or Springtide market and deli, and the community center activities.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until a deposit and a signed Rental Agreement is received.

Cancellation and Refunds
Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. We will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s), if paid by credit card. If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent your dates. We do, however, offer Travel Insurance protection.

We are a return renter to this property (under new ownership). As in years past, we thoroughly enjoyed our time at Sea Sounds! The home is well maintained and clean. The multiple decks allow us to enjoy the sun rising and and setting and to star gaze at night. Watching the birds (eagles) and other animals on this nature preserve is always entertaining. Thank you for sharing your home with us.
Very nice, well equipped property. Easy check in/check out. Very accessible and responsive rental company.

We had a great time. House was updated from 4 years ago when we stayed and. Looks great. I did text the property manager about the garbage not being picked up on Wednesday morning and did not get a response at all. We love Fripp

Nice home for large family vacation. Great location. Beach access within walking distance. Screened in back porch great for outdoor gathering.
Our family of 10 enjoyed our week at 790 Marlin Drive. There was plenty of room for all of us to have our own rooms & a great room for all of us to gather in to play games. We loved being so close to the beach & the golf cart. Our questions & concerns were answered quickly by Molly & Rusty. I would highly recommend this home & we hope to return next year.
Stayed in this property with my kids and grandchildren, for a total of 9. We are frequent visitors to Fripp, this house had abundant space with great location, 5 minute walk to the beach, comfortable bedding and 3 living areas (screen porch). Will definitely rent again.
