Overview
There’s both a drip coffee pot and a K-cup style brewer.
PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED. You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.
Amenity cards are available for purchase. These must be used to access pools, tennis courts, restaurants, and the 2 championship golf courses. Amenity cards are $50/wk in the summer and $35/wk in the off-season. A new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards for access to the resort amenities.

Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until a deposit and a signed Rental Agreement is received.

Cancellation and Refunds
Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. We will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s), if paid by credit card. If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.

We had a lovely time at Sandy Shores. The house was beautiful and decorated nicely. The beds were firm, but we all slept great! Plenty of room for our family of 12. The kitchen was nicely stocked. The house advertised a screened in porch and the screen was missing but with the wind blowing we didn't really need the screen. I would recommend the house to anyone with a large family.
We really enjoyed staying here. The home was very clean with easy access to the beach. Large living room and kitchen with spread out bedrooms. Plenty of room to separate from family to have quite time.
Loved the house. Spacious with ample seating and wonderful views. The extra refrigerators and the ice maker are special bonuses.
Great house
This property was perfect for our large family! It was very clean and had all the beach equipment we needed. The beach access was one house over and made for easy beach trips. Our favorite part of the house was the downstairs ping-pong area with plenty of seating. Highly recommend this house!

This property is definitely a FIVE STAR experience in ALL ways: clean, comfortable, incredibly well stocked kitchen, large bedrooms, abundant linins, questions easily and quickly answered and a beautiful view. Thank you to all who made our Christmas in January weekend a tremendous success. We'll be back next year!!
This was a great rental for our group to attend our Marine Corps reunion at MCAS Beaufort. It is a perfect location to get away from the noise and traffic for friends of over 40 years to relax and take in the peace and quiet in a beautiful beach setting. There was 22 people in our group... everyone had a bed, the patio is a great place for conversation and a early morning cup of coffee to watch the sunrise. The property management personnel were prompt and extremely helpful. The house is exactly as advertised.
