You need a club card for anyone in your group who is 13 years old or older to access the resort amenities listed with a * above. The Fripp Island Resort will charge you a fee of 12.8% of the charges for your rental at Carolina Girl, plus $50 per card, for you to get the cards. You can purchase the club cards online through Carolina Girl, but please know that these charges are all paid through to the Fripp Island Resort. Carolina Girl makes no money from the club cards, but makes them readily available for your purchase so you can access these resort amenities if you wish.

Our Canal Leads to the Ocean, Dock Your Own Boat or Jet Ski! Great Fishing and Crabbing Right behind the House off of our Shared Fishing Dock, Drive Under Garage and Long Driveway provides lots of Parking, 4 Person 2023 EZGO Golf Cart, Wine Cooler, 55" Samsung Crystal UHD TV with Roku (for streaming services and free TV) and Samsung Soundbar (for music from your mobile device via Spotify, AppleMusic, and other apps) in Main Living Area, 3 Roku equipped TVs (for streaming services and free TV) in Bedrooms, Air Conditioning with Nest Thermostats, Full Kitchen with Granite Countertops and Stainless Steel Appliances, Microwave, Dishwasher, Refrigerator with Ice Maker, Cooking Utensils Provided, Linens Provided, Washer, Dryer, Large Tub in Master Bath, and Outdoor Shower.
You MUST be at least 25 years old to rent the house and must be present for the length of the stay in property (No 3rd party reservations.) Parties/events are NOT allowed.
Maximum of eight people.
You must have a a valid drivers license and proper insurance coverage to operate the golf cart, as a Fripp Island policy. If not, you will be fined by Fripp Island.
NO PETS. If you intend to bring a service animal, we ask that you notify us at least two weeks in advance and provide proper documentation so we may coordinate appropriate housekeeping after your departure.
NO SMOKING/VAPING inside the house or on the porches.
NO DRUGS allowed on the property.
Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until a deposit and a signed Rental Agreement is received.

Cancellation and Refunds
Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. We will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s), if paid by credit card. If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.

We had a wonderful time on Fripp! The house was very clean, was in a great location, and had everything we needed. We loved fishing from the dock and watching the tides shift from the back deck. The golf cart was very nice and speedy. We would stay here again for sure.

We loved our stay at 77 Ocean Creek! The house was clean and well designed. Kitchen was fully stocked with any cookware & appliances we needed. We loved getting to crab and fish at night off the dock. There were plenty of activities at the house such as games, bikes, kayaking, Bocci, and more. The quick convenience to the beach made it so much easier with a 7 month old. The property manager and owners were great to work with and quickly responded with any questions or concerns. We’ve been going to Fripp for years, and this is our new favorite house by far. The golf cart worked perfectly and was fun to ride around on. We will be back!

The house is amazing! It is beautifully decorated with high end touches to make it feel plush. Cannot beat the view from all floors overlooking the canal. House was equipped with everything needed to stay in and cook. The entertainment bar is a fun added addition. Ed was very quick to respond, super helpful and made sure we were enjoying our stay. We plan on being back next year to Carolina Girl!

My family enjoyed another wonderful week at Fripp! Carolina Girl was a fabulous rental. The house was beautiful, clean, and accommodating. Having an outdoor shower to use when coming off the beach was wonderful. The golf cart was great too. Can’t wait to go back!

We had a wonderful time during our latest stay on Fripp Island. Our rental home was great! Clean, comfortable, everything you need and then some! We loved fishing off the dock and riding the golf cart around the island. We enjoyed the company of several deer and beautiful birds daily. There are great decks on both the front and back to enjoy. We also enjoyed eating on the screened in porch. Our host were easy to contact and gave us the best notebook covering everything we needed to know. We all were not ready to leave and look forward to coming back!!
