This beautifully decorated Charleston-Style Beach getaway has been recently renovated with new furniture throughout. Located just a block away from the Marina and 3 blocks from the beach, you will enjoy magnificent sunsets off the back deck which backs up to the 17th green of the Ocean Creek golf course.
The home offers an open-concept living with spacious 9-foot ceilings between the main living area and kitchen, a large dining room that seats 6 along with additional bar seating. The recently renovated kitchen offers quartz countertops, new tile backsplash and updated cabinetry.
Enjoy family movie night on the 58-inch flat screen smart TV in the den, or catch up on your binge-watching with 40-inch flat screen smart TVs in all bedrooms; free highspeed internet is available throughout.
The primary suite has a king bed and full ensuite bath with a renovated tile shower and a double slipper bathtub. Off the primary is a private screened porch with a hammock. Two additional bedrooms include a full bed in each, along with a private bath and balcony. Two fold-out day beds offer additional sleeping for guests. All bedrooms have new carpet and paint.
Choose between enjoying the exciting Fripp buzz of activity sitting on the front porch, throwing corn hole in the front yard, or retreat to the quiet seclusion of the 11 x 22 foot dropped down rear open deck to enjoy the serenity of a peaceful sunset or watch the stream of golfers enjoying their round. The rear deck accommodates large groups for cooking out. This property comes with charcoal and gas grills, custom made double slide rocker, Adirondack chairs and custom low-level lighting to accent the Lowcountry evening gatherings. This rental includes free use of our 2019 lifted 6-seater gas-powered limo golf cart (This is a $500 weekly value).
Amenities
While this property is not a member of the Fripp Island resort and does not offer an option to purchase amenity cards, there is still a wide array of natural amenities that are still available. Use of our 6-seater lifted gas golf cart, which is included with the cost of rent offers a weekly value of $500 - $600. Fripp Island boasts three miles of the most pristine beaches from Charleston to Hilton Head. The Russ Point public boat landing is located just across the Fripp Inlet Bridge. The private gated island, with our own security force offers the optimal secure setting for family vacations. Travel to all parts of the island via golf cart, biking or paved walking trails offers a multitude of attractions that do not require amenity cards. This includes the beach, the Wardle’s Landing and canal fishing piers, Crabbing Dock & Gazebo, several parks, including the Davis Love Park, with basketball courts, volleyball court and playgrounds. Being a 3000-acre Wildlife Sanctuary, Fripp Island offers access to a sizable deer herd. Other wildlife includes sea turtles, alligators, dolphins, racoons, opossums, squirrels and a wide variety of birds. The Hunting Island State Park is located right over the bridge as well as several excellent eating establishments, including the Johnson Creek Tavern, Sea Island Bar & Gril, Beedo’s, the Foolish Frog and the Shrimp Shack. Gays Seafood offers a wide variety of the freshest seafood around.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.
Payment Methods
All major credit/debit cards are accepted. A 2.9% transaction fee is charged by the credit card processing company. Electronic checks, or eChecks, are also accepted. No transaction fee is charged for eCheck processing.
Cancellation and Refunds
Notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. If paid via credit card, we will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s).
If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.
