Four Bedrooms and three full baths located upstairs with a door separating the living space from the bedrooms. One bedroom and one bath located downstairs along with spacious living. Indoor spiral staircase. Additional bunk room (1 bunk bed) and bath located downstairs but has not been renovated. Second laundry room located downstairs. The house is located third row from the beach. One block from beach access.

Renovations that were concluded in May 2021 include: added indoor spiral staircase, fully renovated master bath, new paint and carpet in all upstairs bedrooms, refinished hardwood floors in the main living space, fresh painted kitchen cabinets, and brand new countertops.
Bedroom configurations: The upstairs master bedroom has two queen beds and its own private bath.  Queen bedroom is adjacent to the screen in porch and shares a full bath with one bedroom that has twin beds.  Another bedroom across the hall with twin beds.  There is a full bath in the hallway.
Downstairs is a large family room.  There is a master bedroom with two twin beds. This bedroom has access to the master bath with shower/tub and is also accessible by the main living area. There is also a separate bedroom with a bunkbed that has a single twin on the top and a full at the bottom. A bathroom is attached to this bunk room as well.
Golf carts are the primary means of transportation on Fripp Island. The rental does not come with golf carts, but we will be happy to provide you with the number to rental companies who can deliver carts directly to the home for your stay and convenience.
In order to take advantage of the on-island dining and activities such as tennis and golf, amenity cards are required. One card per person per experience will be requested. We can purchase amenity cards on your behalf. The cost of amenity cards is $50 per card per week, or $35 per card for 3 days.

Confirmation Deposit
$1000.00 deposit is required to confirm reservation. Balance due 30 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until a deposit and a signed Rental Agreement is received.

Payment Methods
Personal check. $35.00 charge on all returned checks.

Cancellation and Refunds
If you cancel, no refund unless house can be re-rented. In the case of a Mandatory evacuation of the Island due to hurricane, storms or other, we will accommodate any unused days to another available time, or we will refund the remainder of the rent. To insure your vacation investment we do offer Travel Insurance protection.
