Perched along the oceanfront on Fripp Island, this spacious beachfront home offers sweeping Atlantic views and an easygoing coastal setting designed for relaxing island vacations. With direct beach access and a private pool, guests can spend their days moving effortlessly between the sand, surf, and poolside lounging while enjoying the constant backdrop of ocean breezes and rolling waves.
The home features five bedrooms and three baths, providing comfortable accommodations for larger families or groups traveling together. The primary bedroom includes a king bed and opens directly onto a private screened porch that connects to the main deck—an ideal spot to sip morning coffee while watching the sun rise over the ocean. A second upstairs bedroom also features a king bed and its own screened porch access. The third bedroom on the upper level offers a queen bed and shares a full bath with the second bedroom.
Downstairs, guests will find two additional bedrooms, including a bunk room perfect for kids and another bedroom with a king bed. This lower level also includes a casual entertainment space with a daybed for additional sleeping and direct access to the pool area.
The main living space features an open layout that blends the living room, kitchen, and dining area, all oriented toward the incredible beachfront views. Large windows bring the outdoors in, while both the screened porch and open deck provide front-row seats to Fripp’s unforgettable sunrises. Wi-Fi and satellite TV are included for added convenience during your stay.

Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.
Payment Methods
All major credit/debit cards are accepted. A 2.9% transaction fee is charged by the credit card processing company. Electronic checks, or eChecks, are also accepted. No transaction fee is charged for eCheck processing.
Cancellation and Refunds
Notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. If paid via credit card, we will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s).
If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.

It was everything a family needs…a pool, 2nd frig in the garage, ocean front, sunrise views from the primary bed, sounds of the ocean from the deck, and a huge open kitchen/living area, and a very well equipped kitchen. The pool level bedroom was perfect for my son, his wife and our two grandsons; extra beds, their own table and chairs for lunch and quiet time, plus their own bathroom! It was the best vacation home for our family!
WHAT AN AWESOME VIEW!!!! We had a WONDERFUL time in your beautiful beach house! Fripp is my favorite destination, we've been coming since 1993 and this was the first time we stayed in a beach front home. It was PERFECTION!!!!!!
We travel to Fripp with a group of friends just about every year and it his year was the first year we have travelled with us all having baby children. We needed a house that could fit everyone and was accommodating for the babies. This house was perfect with easy access to the ocean, the pool and deck in the back, and the open living space/kitchen. Rusty was one of the best property managers I have worked with as well. Would definitely book again.

Great house with a pool and amazing view. Love that the myrtles on the beach don’t hide the beach view. Kids love the pool when they need a break from the beach. Would give 5 stars if the deck and pool were replaced/updated.

This is a lovely home and well equipped with all the essentials. It is in the perfect location with great views and the private pool was nice. The beds were comfortable, the air worked well, and the home was very clean. The only negative that needs to be addressed at some point would be the wooden decking around the house and pool. There were several nails that had popped up or were missing in deck boards and the lower deck caused a few splinters. I would still certainly rent this home again and it suited our family well.

Amazing vacation home! Perfect for our family with the pool, easy walk to the beach, ocean views from the deck and all the space you need to fix awesome family meals and spread out! Golf cart rides so much fun too!

I cannot say enough, good things about this house!! it was absolutely perfect! It is by far the best house we have stayed in on Fripp Island. The property manager was available every time I texted him with questions and was so nice to work with. We love this house so much. We've booked it again for our fall break.
First time we had gotten to stay in an Ocean Front house at Fripp. There was a mix up with my reservation but FIS and Marsha was wonderful in finding us another home. It was just perfect. No complaints. Already want to stay here again.
We absolutely loved this house!!
We have rented this house three years in a row for a week in February. We have family members from Pennsylvania and California meet here for a small reunion. We absolutely love it here! The house is well equipped and spacious with 5 bedrooms on two levels. The back deck offers a great ocean view, and the beach is just a short walk away. The large, fenced backyard has a nice swimming pool. (It's been a little cold for us to use, but it would be perfect for a visit in Spring, Summer, or Fall) The yard is great for cookouts or just hanging out. I would recommend anyone travelling to Fripp to check this place out. It is a great spot for a family gathering.
