Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.

Cancellation and Refunds
Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. We will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s), if paid by credit card. If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.

Perfect stay at a beautiful condo w/ a helpful and attentive owner/property manager.
We found this property to be just beautiful! As another reviewer wrote, the pictures do not do the realty of this place justice, and it does seem like you are floating over the water. It would be difficult to capture it all in photos. It was amazing to wake up to the sunset each morning from my bed! This property truly is a wonderful spot for rest and relaxation, which is what my friends and I, all of us busy professionals, were seeking. The property is well-furnished and nicely appointed. We found everything we needed. We decided the owner must be the orchid whisperer because the live orchids are simply perfect and so welcoming. We usually travel to the beach this time every year, and we think we have found the property we want to make our permanent get-away, if we are so fortunate! We are already making plans to come back next year! I can't imagine what more anyone could want in home away from home!
Had a wonderful time. The condo was very clean and had a fully stocked kitchen as far as pans, dishes etc.. golf cart was included which was great. The view from this location is fantastic, literally every room has a view of the ocean...stayed here 12 years ago with my kids and this year with the grands.. stayed other places the past few years but none were as nice as this one!!!
