This beautifully renovated villa offers a well-appointed kitchen with a breakfast nook as well as roomy living and dining areas for family time together. There are 2 King bedrooms, and the third bedroom has 2 full beds. Comfortable island living awaits.
When you’re ready to head out, you’ll find the island has much to offer from beach days to watersports and nature exploration.
6-seat electric golf cart included
Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.
Payment Methods
All major credit/debit cards are accepted. A 2.9% transaction fee is charged by the credit card processing company. Electronic checks, or eChecks, are also accepted. No transaction fee is charged for eCheck processing.
Cancellation and Refunds
Notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. If paid via credit card, we will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s).
If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.

My wife and I loved our stay in this Immaculate Condo , Spacious and Bright, Well Equipped, Beautiful Renovated and Designed from Top to Bottom, Extremely Comfortable Beds, Location Second to None , Overlooking the Ocean With both Sunrise and Sunsets, Fabulous Beach Access. Management readily available if necessary. Owners are a pleasure to deal with.
I have traveled extensively and stayed in some pretty nice places on both oceans, including another place on Fripp Island. The ocean views from inside this condo are the best I've seen. It's also superb inside, having been completely renovated with great taste and beautiful materials. It will not disappoint!
I loved staying in this condo! It was very clean and completely updated. It is a great layout with plenty of room! The owners let us use their state park pass for the neighboring Hunting Island! It is a stairway away from the beach, and just a short walk to the closest pool! The views are incredible from every window! We even saw dolphins from the porch! It is so easy to enjoy the sunrises and sunsets from the porch with a comfortable couch and chairs! I would 10/10 recommend!
This was my first trip to Fripp Island. It was wonderful but it was made perfect because of our accommodations. Our condo (646 Newhaven) was newly renovated. It has a great floor plan and is tastefully decorated with modern appointments. The master bedroom, and bath were spacious and beautiful with ample closet and drawer space. The kitchen is fully equipped with new, modern appliances. And. As an added bonus, the ocean can be seen from every window in the condo!! The deck has a fantastic view of the ocean. It is big enough for a couch and bar height table and chairs. The ocean is just some stairs away from the front door. I loved staying here and plan to return.
We stayed at this site for the first time, and will be booking it again. The pictures are just a glimmer of what this condo actually is. Everything we needed was there, plus more. Great linens, great kitchen supplies, great mattresses and quilts, HUGE tv, great calming colors, and the view is just sweeping. Golf cart ran well, and the AC was super. David offered incredible care to us, and his communication is lightning fast. We will be back!
Excellent location with great ocean views, large rooms and very comfortable bed mattresses, large 6 seat golf cart, close pool location. However, no beach access at high tide, must go to other locations close by for access.
