Enjoy a stay in this classic Lowcountry home, right on the 1st fairway of the award-winning Ocean Creek Golf Course, designed by Davis Love III. Great marsh views enhance the location even more.
Designed and furnished by an Atlanta design firm, this vacation home has charm and character throughout. The large living room is perfect for family movie nights and cuddling up in front of the fire. The open concept kitchen and dining areas are set up for enjoying delicious meals with family and friends.
On the main level, there are two guest suites, each with 2 queen beds and ensuite baths. There is also an additional ½ bath off of the living room for guests. On the upper level you’ll find the primary bedroom with king-size bed along with a comfortable family room with a TV, a queen sofa bed and a daybed for extra sleeping space.
A screened porch overlooks the golf course and is a great place to take in all the nature and amazing wildlife that makes Fripp Island magical.
When you’re ready to explore, you’ll find everything within a short walk or drive including the Cabana Club, Wardles Landing, the Marina; and, of course, the amazing beaches. Get ready for the ultimate island getaway!
DOGS (NO CATS) MUST BE PREAPPROVED. You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.
Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.
Payment Methods
All major credit/debit cards are accepted. A 2.9% transaction fee is charged by the credit card processing company. Electronic checks, or eChecks, are also accepted. No transaction fee is charged for eCheck processing.
Cancellation and Refunds
Notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. If paid via credit card, we will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s).
If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.
