626 New Haven is a first-floor, unit with panoramic ocean views. Enjoy the stunning view of Hunting Island from the back deck. Lay in bed and watch the sunrises. The condo is located about 15 feet from the water at high tide. This one-bedroom, one-bath condo comfortably accommodates up to 2 people.
Parking is provided in the parking garage under the New Haven facility. You may park in the space labeled 626 or a guest spot.

Outside, enjoy the warm South Carolina sunshine and gentle sea breezes from your balcony. With easy access to the beach at low tide, Ocean Point Grille, Ocean Point Golf course, Pro Shop, pools, and other resort amenities, you'll have everything you need for a fun and relaxing vacation.
A 4-seat golf cart is included with your rental (excluding monthly rentals). Many guests park their cars upon arrival and use the golf cart as their primary form of transportation. It is a great way to leisurely take in the natural scenic beauty of the island and an excellent way to visit our unique amenities.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.
Payment Methods
All major credit/debit cards are accepted. A 2.9% transaction fee is charged by the credit card processing company. Electronic checks, or eChecks, are also accepted. No transaction fee is charged for eCheck processing.
Cancellation and Refunds
Notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. If paid via credit card, we will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s).
If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.

This condo has spectacular oceanfront sunrise views from every room, and a bonus of the Hunting Island lighthouse in the same frame. It’s has everything you need to cook meals and enjoy the beach with beach towels included. Cooking fresh shrimp from the Gay Fish Company just minutes down the road was especially enjoyable and eating dinner on the high top on the porch while watching the dolphins. One of the best rentals on the Island and Marnie, the owner, goes above and beyond to make the stay effortless!
Absolutely perfect! Our host was extremely helpful, condo was very clean and comfortable. We had a fabulous time and are looking forward to visiting again.
We had a fantastic stay at the end of September in 626. Nothing to say but "perfect". The condo was very clean and fresh, the double wide porch was great, a million dollar view with amazing sunrises, and Marnie is very responsive and accommodating. One of the best condos we have stayed at in New Haven. The only negative was that we had to leave.
