Experience an unforgettable island retreat in a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom villa situated in the tranquil Newhaven Villas community. Just a few steps away from the ocean and the Ocean Point golf course, this spacious 1,800 square foot property can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests. This condo is on the first floor, so there are no steps to navigate!
The well-equipped kitchen is perfect for dining in, while the inviting living spaces provide ideal settings for movie nights or cozy conversations by the fireplace. With two king bedrooms and an additional guest room featuring two twin beds, there's ample space for everyone. However, if you need even more space, start a family/friends tradition! We own the adjacent condo as well and it's another 3 bedroom condo. They have adjoining 75' by 15' of continous deck, just 75' from the ocean. These condos may be rented together or separately, depending on availability.
Pets are NOT allowed.
Revel in breathtaking sunrises/sunsets and the diverse wildlife that calls Fripp home. Fripp Island is centered between Charleston and Savannah, just north of Hilton Head. Outlying Beaufort, you must skip across the low country islands and marshes, over causeways, past a state nature preserve and park, to reach the barrier island called Fripp Island.
Used by pirates as a base in the 1700s, it was not developed until 60 years ago. It is a private, uncrowded, secure, vacation community. Rental homes and condos are few. Over 50% of the inhabitants are residents. Many more of the homes are second homes. The Fripp Island Club Resort, with its pool, golf, and tennis facilities, will be available for use by our guests!

Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.
Payment Methods
All major credit/debit cards are accepted. A 2.9% transaction fee is charged by the credit card processing company. Electronic checks, or eChecks, are also accepted. No transaction fee is charged for eCheck processing.
Cancellation and Refunds
Notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. If paid via credit card, we will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s).
If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.
