Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 30 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until a deposit and signed Rental agreement is received.

All major credit cards accepted. Also accepted: eCheck (Electronic check).
Cancellation and Refunds
If you cancel, no refund unless house can be re-rented. In the case of a Mandatory evacuation of the Island due to hurricane, storms or other, we will accommodate any unused days to another available time, or we will refund the remainder of the rent. To insure your vacation investment we do offer Travel Insurance protection.

Worth the stay!
617 New Haven is beautiful!!! You couldn't ask for a better view. Beds were comfortable. Master bedroom shower was awesome. Great water pressure. Rose, the owner, was very good to work with. Quick to respond to my questions. Golf cart was a plus. The only complaint I have is I did not have time to wash and dry the towels on check out. I washed them, just left before they dried. Overall, a great place. Thank you Rose! If you will have us, we will be back again next year!! Amy
We have been coming to Fripp since I was a child, and we had one of our best trips this time! This condo is well-outfitted for a family, has a superb primary suite and a wonderful electric golf cart. The owners put a lot of thought into its planning. The kitchen has been a little abused by renters, but is well equipped and all you need for a great stay at the beach!
Second time staying here!! Comfortable place for my family of 5. Rose, the owner, is quick to respond to any questions. Beautiful views. Comfy beds. AC works great. Golf cart is definitely a plus. Thanks Rose.
