The well-equipped eat-in kitchen offers sweeping water views, making everything from morning coffee to family meals feel a little more special. Just beyond, the spacious living room opens directly onto the oceanfront balcony, where you can relax with the sound of the waves and take in unobstructed sunrise views over the Atlantic.
Inside, the condo features 3 bedrooms and 2.5 baths with more than 1,500 square feet of comfortable living space. Two bedrooms feature king beds, while the guest bedroom offers a queen bed, creating a comfortable setup for families or small groups traveling together.
Beyond the condo, Fripp Island’s natural beauty is everywhere — from miles of uncrowded beaches and abundant wildlife to championship golf, tennis, dining, and family-friendly activities. Whether you're exploring the island by golf cart, shell hunting along the shore, or simply soaking in the view, this oceanfront retreat is made for a relaxing Lowcountry getaway.

Generally speaking there is no beach near the property. Depending on tides a small beach may appear at very low tide. To access the Fripp Island beach, simply head south until you reach Dolphin Road. There are many beach access points off of south Dolphin and adjacent roads.
Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until a deposit and a signed Rental Agreement is received.

Cancellation and Refunds
Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. We will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s), if paid by credit card. If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.

Great place with fantastic view! Very well stocked with everything our family needed. Only negative is that we couldn’t figure out how to use the TV (it has 5 remotes). I’m sure if we’d called the property manager, she would have come immediately to help. We will definitely try to rent this place again!
Our stay was excellent! The condo exceeded our expectations! The kids room downstairs has stuffed Nemo & Dori fish that our 8 year old adored along with a chalkboard! The upstairs “mom” suite was shared by both kids as well. The window bed is the perfect spot for reading according to our 16 year old. The cleanliness exceeded our expectations, as well. The master bedroom is so spacious! The view is immaculate of the ocean. We were able to see dolphins a few times! Marnie provided exceptional customer service! This condo is a must stay and we will use this one again next year!
The view from this villa is spectacular!! I have never seen so many dolphins!! Owner was wonderful to work with. The villa was very clean and had all the necessities. Everything about this trip was great!! Can’t wait to come back next year to this same place.
Beautiful, clean condo, which has been well maintained. Close to water, not beach, but views are amazing! Short walk, or golf cart ride, to beach access, during low tide. Restaurant, across the street at golf course, is currently closed for renovations, but you can ride the golf cart to other places to eat. Not much shopping on Fripp ( 2 places for which you must have club cards and 2 places that you dont and these are really delis), but Beaufort has tons of small cute shops.
Amazing views everywhere in the house! Clean, beautifully decorated, beds are comfortable, and the condo has everything that we need. The hosts are responsive, friendly, and accommodating. We stay here every year and are never disappointed!
The view from this rental is beautiful. We got to see some amazing sunrises and we got to watch the dolphins every morning from the deck. It was very clean, comfortable beds, and owner was great to work with. I would highly recommend.

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very nice and had great views. The only thing I would like to see added is some kind of privacy blind for the kitchen and family room windows for night time. Other than that we liked the condo and would stay again.
