Sea Mist is a beautiful, newly renovated, ground floor studio/one bedroom apartment just steps from the beach! If you are looking for a peaceful getaway by the sea, you have found it. This versatile studio is located mid-Island on the ground level of our single family home with its own separate entrance. Graced in beautiful coastal tones with lots of natural light, anyone can get comfortable in this cozy living space quickly and easily.
Relax on the convertible sofa that effortlessly reclines to a chaise or queen bed, adjust the lighting with built-in dimmers throughout, then, enjoy a meal at the dining table that converts to a work desk. Take advantage of the 360 degree turntable mount for the new 42" Smart TV so that you can watch TV in the living room or cozy up in the comfortable new memory foam queen bed with your favorite must-see show.
The apartment is equipped with a full kitchen including refrigerator/freezer, glass top electric range and oven, microwave, coffee maker and toaster. The spacious bathroom showcases a classic ship lap finish while also boasting a full walk-in shower, bamboo shower bench and great lighting. A washer/dryer and outdoor shower are on site for your convenience as well.
Beach access 15 is just a short walk away (500 steps to the entrance), so feel free to catch the sunrise or the sunset! On many nights, the waves can be heard above the silence to lull you to sleep. Golf Cart is included and amenity cards are available for purchase. Please bring your own beach towels. Ask us about our Monthly rates!
Amenities
Though we love all dogs, we are smaller dog friendly and do reserve the right to accept/decline approval of a pet. Please note the type of dog you would like to bring in the comment section. A fee of $150 per pup with advanced approval. $300 charge if a pet is brought without approval.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit (preferably by e-check) is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until a deposit and signed Rental Agreement are received.
Payment Methods
All major credit/debit cards are accepted. A 2.9% transaction fee is charged by the credit card processing company. Electronic checks, or eChecks, are also accepted. No transaction fee is charged for eCheck processing.
Cancellation and Refunds
Notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. If paid via credit card, we will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s).
If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.

What a wonderful studio apartment! The owners have thought of everything! The deck is inviting, the interior is lovely and feels spacious, the bed is comfy, every inch was clean and fresh, and everything you need for a peaceful beach retreat is provided. How I would love to keep this slice of heaven a secret! Everything is exceptionally clean with all you need. Silverware, pots, pans, sponges, down to the coffee filters and cards!! The mattress was excellent firm but cushioned-- i slept so soundly. Plus having the golf cart already on the property is gold! Our stay had perfect weather too. Now, you may not get a guarantee on the weather but you can be fully assured that staying here will be key to making your vacation/getaway a joy! We look forward to booking again!

The place was perfect! We brought our 2 dogs with us and had the best time. Location is great and the apartment was updated and very clean. No complaints except we couldn’t stay longer! Already trying to plan the next trip.

We loved staying in Carol’s apartment! It was just the right size for me, my husband and dog. It was clean, well stocked, and the bed was very comfortable. The bonus was the location and that it came with a golf cart. We loved riding around to see the beautiful houses, sunsets and all of the many deer. Our trip to Fripp was fabulous. Thank you!!

This was our second stay in 603B Dolphin and we loved it all over again! Mrs. Carol is a wonderful host and has thought of everything to make this beautiful studio apartment a home away from home getaway. The bed is comfy, the A/C will keep you nice and cool, the fans are wonderful, and the location provides an easy and quick walk to the beach! We are already planning our next trip!

My husband and I could not have asked for a better place to stay on Fripp Island for our anniversary trip! Carol’s place is spotless, comfortable, and in a great location! We were provided beach chairs and loved having the golf cart to explore the island! We also brought our dog which was the icing on the cake :-) We could not recommend Carol’s place more!
