Overview
Tabby on the Tee is a 3200 square foot home located on Ocean Point Golf Course. This part of the island is less crowded and congested allowing you to feel more relaxed. We currently have no direct neighbors on each side. The home boasts an incredible view of the 8th Tee Box through its glorious 9 foot windows in the living area. This home is less than a 5 minute walk to one of the best beaches on the island- beach access #2!
This home is pet friendly but pets must be disclosed upon rental agreement and a non-refundable pet deposit is required. We are one of the few homes on Fripp Island that has a fenced in backyard- perfect for a dog! PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED. You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.
A large entrance foyer leads to cathedral ceilings in to the breathtaking living room. The living room has brand new White Sand leather furniture with built in recliners, making it a comfortable area to relax after a long day at the beach, pool, or golf course. Living Room also has a 75 inch smart TV and soundbar with Hulu live streaming, a portable Sony Stereo system with Bluetooth, and a gas fireplace. A DVD player with movies is also available in the home.
Our kitchen is completely updated with stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, new barstools, and is fully stocked with all the cookware and bakeware that one would need. We have both a drip coffee maker and a Keurig.
To the side of the kitchen is a built in bar which includes all bar glasses and stemware, as well as wine openers, bottle openers, and we do have Margaritaville blender!
Our dining area accommodates a large 10 person table allowing plenty of room for all family members to sit together for meals- additional dining chairs are stored in the primary bedroom closet.
The Sunroom area also has plenty of comfortable seating with a 65 inch Smart TV.
The Primary Suite is on the main level and includes a large bathroom with his and hers separate vanities, a tiled walk in shower, and a huge walk in closet. The Primary bedroom has a king size bed with brand new bedding, a 40 inch smart TV, new bed side tables and a 6 drawer dresser with mirror. The Primary also has a sliding glass door that leads to the main outdoor back deck with a personal seating area.
Bedroom 2 upstairs offers a king size bed, chest of drawers, 1 nightstand, a 32 inch smart TV, and its own personal outdoor balcony equipped with its own outdoor conversation set.
Bedroom 3 upstairs offers a King size bed, a new chest of drawers, 1 night stand, a 32 inch smart TV, and also its own personal outdoor balcony equipped with its own outdoor conversation set.
Each bedroom upstairs has its own full private bathroom with a shower and tub.
There is also another queen sized sleeper sofa upstairs with an upgraded gel mattress.
Basement:
The Basement includes: a full bathroom, bedroom with 3 queen beds and a Queen Size sleeper sofa; a TV/gameroom with lounge seating; a second refrigerator. This entire area is fully enclosed- insulated and with AC/HEAT. Ideal space for kids!

Amenity cards are also available for purchase with this home. These cards allow you to enjoy the island's pools, golf courses, restaurants, and bars.

Cancellation and Refunds
Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. We will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s), if paid by credit card. If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.

My family has been coming to Fripp since 1994. We have rented a variety of different houses over the years, but Tabby on the Tee was by far the best. Very thoughtful owners who put effort into little details that make the difference!
Absolutely wonderful!! Property owner/manager was so helpful before we ever got to the house. Accommodations were excellent. So peaceful and quiet. Able to access everything we wanted. We came to celebrate birthdays and everyone was simply amazed with the island and the house!! Definitely will be coming back!!!
From the moment I booked Tabby on the Tee, I knew this was the right place for my family to enjoy our week at Fripp! Tracy and Paul were wonderful hosts! The house…Ahh-mazing! We were greeted with a welcome goodie bag and kind note! There are so many things that made this place perfect; like an extra countertop ice maker, charging cords for phones, games, karaoke machine, coolers etc! The special attention these owners put into ensuring that the home has everything you could want in a vacation rental was the icing on the cake! We had an amazing time making memories during our stay and will be back next year!!
Absolutely loved our stay at Tabby on the Tee. The house was great. Everything was clean. All the amenities at the house were fantastic and the location was excellent. You can't go wrong with this rental.
Great Property!!! Loved every minute. Beautiful home and very well equipped!!! Owner and manager were responsive to our few requests... had no issues! Only con, when outside water is on; shower or sprinklers, no inside water pressure. Already rented for next year!!!

Tabby on the Tee?? .. More like Tabby To the Tee!! The only thing we were lacking this week was sunshine and I don't think the Robins' were in charge of that :-) This house was amazing. Everything you could think of had been provided for. The kitchen was fully stocked: from all the pots & pans to bakeware. I personally enjoyed the "nice" dishes and the "everyday" dishes; just like at home! Smart TVs in every room, plenty of towels for bath and beach. LOVED all the throw blankets. It got quite cold the week we were here and those came in extremely handy. The fenced in backyard was perfect for the pups and they loved the big windows. The sunroom was a favorite gathering place. Everything in the description of the rental was just as it was listed and we had no major surprises. We have been coming to Fripp for over 12 years and have stay in homes from one end of the island to the other. We absolutely loved everything about Tabby on the Tee and will for sure keep it on our list for future rentals.

This was our second family trip to this property. This house has everything you will need including SPACE. The owners are so very nice and were so responsive when we had a few minor issues that they went above and beyond to resolve. From sitting on the back deck to watching football on the family room TV to cooking a wonderful meal this house is home away from home. We are grateful to have stayed here twice now and will look to return on our next Fripp Island trip. Thank you so much to Paul and Tracy for wonderful vacations.
This was our second stay at Tabby on the Tee and just as perfect as the first. House is thoughtfully equipped to ensure personal comfort. Beds are extremely comfortable and kitchen has everything needed for meal preparation. We loved sitting on the porch and watching the golfers (and deer!) on the 8th tee box. The house has such a welcoming feel and we hope to return soon.
We love this property! Great location and very well appointed. Room for all of the family and all the toys etc you would need for a family beach vacation! Owners and Property manager are awesome to deal with and very responsive to any request! We will rent this property year after year!

We have stayed on Fripp for many years and this is the best house we have ever rented. It had everything we needed and plenty of space. The communication with the owner was great. Many morning while sitting on the back porch we saw a big alligator that would be getting some sun on the golf course. There is an extra fridge in the downstairs area, which was great to have.
Great place to stay for large adult family. We enjoyed the space and it worked perfect for us. Very clean and pleasant owners as well.
