Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.
Payment Methods
All major credit/debit cards are accepted. A 2.9% transaction fee is charged by the credit card processing company. Electronic checks, or eChecks, are also accepted. No transaction fee is charged for eCheck processing.
Cancellation and Refunds
Notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. If paid via credit card, we will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s).
If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.

This was the perfect property to celebrate my 50th Birthday! The house is beautiful, well appointed, so comfortable and plenty of space for our family and friends who came to celebrate with us through the week. The golf cart included was so nice and is a 6 seater!! Pet friendly was amazing and we do not think we will ever go back to Fripp without our Golden Retriever, Wren! She lived her best life. The outdoor seating and deck overlooking the golf course was so much fun and secure so Wren could not escape to chase golf balls. :) The screened in outdoor seating was a dream in the evening playing games with the family...So much fun!! Beds were comfortable, house was immaculate upon check in. All the linens and towels you could possibly need. The remodel done by this owner was so smart (I looked at the before pictures) and made this property a complete sanctuary for relaxation and fun. It is bright and clean. Plenty of dishes, serving platters for entertaining- basically everything you need in the kitchen! We will definitely stay at this property again. Also the owner was so responsive, so easy to work with and I look forward to staying here again!! Views of ocean too!!! LOVED IT 5 STARS
The house was amazing and on one of my favorite streets on Fripp. Only downside, and this is temporary, is the golf course restoration going on with the Ocean Point course. No playing the back nine and my family normally loves to hit around on the hole behind the house after hours. They said they’d be done September 2024, so not too long. The house had everything we needed and the screen porch and back deck are so nice at night.
The perfect paradise! This is our second year staying at this home and we will be back every year following! The upgrades made by the new owner are fantastic! The spacious kitchen with seating area, upgraded furniture on the back porch with cafe streamer lights... it's beautiful! Talk about hostess with the mostest, they have provided towels, linens, chairs, umbrella, games, golf cart... it's got it all! Throw your clothes in a bag and take off! This home is beautifully decorated, clean, comfortable and the views make staying here peaceful and relaxing! The homeowner is so kind, generous and responsive - overall wonderful to work with! The neighbors are just as kind! We are even planning to come back and stay in the off season! Thanks for another amazing week, we can't wait to come back!
