The great room has an 18 foot high ceiling and a wall of windows overlooking the ocean. The open concept layout includes a large dining area and adjacent breakfast nook. The chef’s kitchen includes high end finishes and everything you need for “home cooked” meals.
Off the kitchen is a large laundry room/mudroom with custom cabinets that provide maximum storage. The laundry room/mudroom provides access to the lower level and garage.
This oceanfront home has 5 bedrooms and 6 total bathrooms, 2 of which are half baths. There are 2 King primaries with ensuites, both with ocean views. The main floor primary has a private porch that provides stunning views of Fripp Inlet and Hunting Island, the perfect location for watching dolphin and shorebirds. Bedroom #3 is a Queen ensuite and bedroom #4, the bunk room, has 2 sets of twin over twin bunk beds as well as a queen to sleep 6 guests. Finally, bedroom #5 has a queen sized bed.
Completing this unique ocean and golf estate is a breathtaking oceanfront pool surrounded by elegant travertine tile. Heated for comfort and available for swimming from March through October, it’s the perfect spot to relax in the gentle Lowcountry breeze. Private and overlooking both the Atlantic and Fripp Island inlet, there is no better place to enjoy the breeze and scenery offered by the Lowcountry.
Enjoy exploring the island in the 4-seat electric golf cart, included with your stay. The nature on the island is amazing and the Resort offers amenities including golf, tennis, dining and more.
Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.
Payment Methods
All major credit/debit cards are accepted. A 2.9% transaction fee is charged by the credit card processing company. Electronic checks, or eChecks, are also accepted. No transaction fee is charged for eCheck processing.
Cancellation and Refunds
Notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. If paid via credit card, we will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s).
If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.

We had an amazing vacation to Fripp, and we all agreed that this was the best property yet!! The house was beautiful and we enjoyed the pool, but the views were amazing and I am already planning our next visit to this house! We enjoyed watching the dolphins, playing golf, relaxing golf cart rides and even a fishing charter which fed us for multiple nights! The house was equipped with everything you might need for a wonderful beach vacation! Can't wait to see you again soon!!
MY friends and I had an amazing time at Fripp and we have been coming there for 5+ years. This house really is one of the best houses on the island and perfect for a number of reasons. Most of my time there was spent golfing and sight seeing around the island and I can honestly say that the views from this house are included. We will definitely be back and look forward to another great time. Parking - amazing, house - amazing, pool and views - amazing, plenty of room for everyone, and the property management team were flawless with communication.

Perfect stay for our family of 8. Everyone enjoyed the pickleball courts, beach walks, amazing views from the house and a few rounds of golf. We will be back :)

We have vacationed on Fripp Island for more than 20 years and stayed in houses all over the island. Nothing beats the views from this house being so close to the ocean. We watched dolphin play, saw a sea turtle swimming and enjoyed relaxing on the porch overlooking the amazing private pool, watching the deer graze in the evening and ocean views. The house is situated on a perfect spot with the ocean to one side and hole 18 of Ocean Point on the other - which was perfect for the golf loving members of our family. We appreciated the option to use the house's many beach towels, even though we brought some, as well as the 6 seater golf cart included in the rental. The house does come with many beach chairs, which we used daily, and a wagon to tow things, but unfortunately we could not get the wagon out as it was leveraged behind the owner's personal vehicle and golf cart. The large pool was perfect for morning and evening swims as well. While we recognize it is hard to maintain house rentals, when we arrived, you could barely see out the lower large windows overlooking the pool area. My husband spent 2-3 hours our first morning there cleaning the lower windows so we could enjoy the view, which is a main perk of this house. We did contact the managers of the house and they stated that it was hard to keep up with cleaning the windows because of the ocean, which we get, but we also felt that that is something the cleaners would have done to at least the bottom window upon change over days and new rentals coming in. After my husband cleaned the lower windows, we could enjoy the views from all points of the house. Overall, we had a great week, kitchen held everything (large pantry, 2 refrigerators, and ice machine), loved the views, private pool, 6 seater golf card included and continuing our love for Fripp Island. Note: the one bedroom with a queen is actually a den/office with sliding doors with a bed. There is not a closet or dresser). Honestly, nothing beats the views from this house and the large private pool. Thanks for sharing your home with us.
