Welcome to Treasure Found.
This elevated, single family residence is located at 466 Porpoise Drive. It has 3 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms and approximately 2,400 square feet of living space. It's just a short golf cart ride from the beach and Ocean Point Pool.
The main bedroom off the living room has a king sized bed, Tommy Bahama bedroom set, a Sealy IComfort memory foam bed and private bath with separate dressing area.
The Living room is well appointed with a large Samsung TV. It is a smart TV, which allows you to stream shows from your personal accounts. Hargray high-speed internet will keep you connected while staying at Treasure Found.
The Carolina room is off the main bedroom and living room. During the day, this room has comfy seating and a great view of the marsh and The Audubon Trail. There is a Roku TV with a DVD player and Playstation system that’s great for kids after a day at the beach. At night, it has a twin sized daybed with a 10” mattress and trundle bed with an 8” mattress and room darkening shades for privacy and a great night’s sleep.
Two bedrooms with queen beds and comfy mattresses are located upstairs. Each bedroom is well appointed and has a beachy vibe. Each room also has a smart TV when your guests need a little downtime.
Between the upstairs bedroom there is a full bath and a well stocked linen closet.
The house is located on a large private lot with plenty of parking space. There are water views on 3 sides of the home. There's a beautiful view of Fripp Inlet through the oak and palm trees on the north side of the home with cozy seating and wide arm rests for your morning coffee. Dine or lounge overlooking the marsh on the spacious rear deck. There is table seating for 6 and 2 chaise lounge chairs with cushions to catch the sunset every night. From the front porch, you can see waves crashing in the ocean, and you can catch glimpses of sunrise. The front and rear stairs have gates at each staircase for peace of mind with kids and pets.
Cook for a crowd on the combo gas/charcoal grill and Low Country Boil pot and gas boiler located in the guest garage. The guest garage is also full of everything you need for a day on the beach - chairs, umbrella, boogie boards, cooler, sand toys and much more. Four adult bikes are provided as well as a 4 seater electric golf cart.
The kitchen is fully stocked and ready to accommodate meals for the whole family. The Cuisinart coffee/tea maker has 12-cup capacity (cone filters), plus an “instant” hot water feature for tea and cocoa drinkers. There is also a Keurig for those who prefer to make their beverages to order. Kitchen appliances are stainless steel, and the kitchen has plenty of pots, pans, dishes, silverware, wine glasses, and kid friendly plastic ware. There's even a pet dining area just off the kitchen.
We do not have an elevator. Our home is elevated, and climbing stairs is required to enter.

Pet policy: small, very well behaved children with fur are considered. PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED. You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that bring pets without approval.

Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

Be sure to walk the Audubon Trail behind our home. Take a rest in the swing at the beach end, and watch the water. It's breathtaking.
Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until a deposit and a signed Rental Agreement is received.

Cancellation and Refunds
Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. We will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s), if paid by credit card. If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.

We had the most wonderful time at Treasure found. The house is beautiful and fully equipped with all the essentials for a great stay. Great location for a nature hike or a game of golf. Short golf cart ride to all the resort amenities and the beach. We lacked nothing and would love to stay here again.
Beautiful home in the best Fripp location! Start the day sitting on the back deck relaxing and watching the birds with our morning coffee. Equipped with everything we needed for cooking, beach, etc. A very comfy and roomy spring break. Can't wait to return.
We have been coming to Fripp for 13 years and have stayed in this house two years in a row. It’s the best we’ve stayed in. It has everything you need, including a golf cart. We will definitely stay again.
This is truly a Treasure Found! This was our second summer in a row staying at this house for an awesome beach vacation week. This house is on a quieter part of the island which we like. We love so many things about the house, but our favorite is probably the very large and very private lot; there are marsh views, a small ocean view, and lots of beautiful trees and wildlife as the back of the house sits on the not very known Audubon Trail. We love the wrap around porch which has great seating on multiple sides. This house is very comfortable and homey. Not only does the furniture and decor look good, but the seating and beds are all very comfy which is not always true in rentals. We tend to cook a majority of our meals on vacation and the kitchen is one of the best equipped we have rented; can grill, bake, cook, pack lunches, make cocktails, etc and all the equipment is there. They also provide a very adequate starter pack of necessities like dishwasher detergent, laundry detergent, paper towels, toilet paper, etc which is handy. This house was very clean, had easy check in and check out, and communication was smooth. We love that you can also rent a gold cart and get Fripp Club Cards for an extra charge to have access to the pools and restaurants on island with this rental (if you have never been to Fripp before all of the rentals do not have access to golf carts and Club Cards). Our family pretty much thinks the golf cart is a must; kids and adults love it and we hardly use our car except to go to the grocery store all week. In our opinion, the beaches, lack of crowds, wildlife, lush scenery, and intimacy of the island keep us going back. The daily grind truly melts away at Fripp and especially at this house! We stayed for a week at the end of June in both 2022 and 2023 at this rental.
This house was perfect for our family of 4 and our pup. It was comfortable, location was perfect and the back deck was absolutely heaven. My only hesitation in writing this review is that others will realize what a treasure this house is. We will definitely be back. Thank you for allowing us to rent the house for the week.

We have stayed at this property twice. It is fantastic and has everything you need, including a golf cart. We plan on staying there next year as well
Even nicer than the pictures. We brought 3 kids under 5 and were pleasantly surprised by the kid friendly amenities. Stool in 2 bathrooms, board games, video games too if you have older kids, plastic plates and cups for them. And the garage is well equipped for all kinds of fun at home or on the beach. We brought the exact same beach tent for shade so we didn't use the 1 provided but next year we may skip bringing ours. Plenty of chairs, corn hole and croquet to play in the yard. Plus the heated outdoor shower down below our back coupled with a side door directly to the laundry room really cut down on any sand in bed. We usually stay more centrally located on the island as this house is not right next to a pool, but the Beaufort golf cart rental was much faster than the golf carts you rent on the island. Plus this was much more private than a condo, as of August 2023 both lots on either side of the property are untouched giving it a real secluded feeling. You can barely see the next house over. There is a nature trail behind the house which we did see 1 family use. It can be accessed directly from the backyard or you can walk down the street a few minutes to reach the start. The only issue with the extra wooded area is extra bugs. You definitely need some bug spray outside. I would even bring a citronella candle if we stayed here again.
My Husband, 2 corgis, and I adore Fripp and have been on the search for the perfect rental… We found it! With the ocean view, amazing deck, fully stock kitchen , and cozy beach house vibe this house has become our favorite rental. We truly loved every minute we spent at Treasure Found and have already booked our next stay at this beautiful property

We really enjoyed our stay at "Treasure Found". Beautiful & spacious house that has EVERYTHING you need for a great family beach vacation (corn hole, bikes, low-country boil pot, grill w/gas & charcoal, and even dog food/water bowls). Beautiful views of the marsh & even some views of the ocean off the side porch! We were able to bring our 2 little Schnauzers along & they had a blast patrolling the back deck barking at the deer or people walking on the Audubon Trail. Speaking of that trail, it ends at a little beach with a swing (steps away from the house) which was perfect for catching the beautiful Fripp sunrise! The master bedroom was very spacious & the mattress was so comfy! Since there were 7 of us, we had to use the Carolina room as a bedroom and you could hear everything through those doors. That was really the only negative. Property has plenty of parking! House came with a golf cart & we brought 2 PLUS a boat so lots of room to park trailers along the side of house. Made for a great week at Fripp:)
Our family LOVED our stay at Treasure Found. The house is beautiful with plenty of room indoor & outdoor for us to spread out. Plenty of parking and the owners provided pretty much everything we needed for a week at the beach! The Audubon Trail that went behind the house had a private little beach at the end which was the perfect spot to watch the sunrise! My family & pups had a blast! I was so sad to leave! Highly recommend!
This is our second year renting this house. We love the house, location, amenities. House is beautiful, well stocked, clean and comfortable. Honestly everything you might need is available.
