Tastefully upgraded throughout, the open-concept kitchen serves as the hub of activity and is fully stocked with quartz countertops, stainless appliances, and ample cookware — ready for everything from quick breakfasts to a full family dinner.
Upstairs, you'll find a spacious two-bedroom family suite. The owner's room includes a private balcony and ensuite bathroom, plus a dedicated kid's bunk room — perfect for the little ones to have their own space. Downstairs features two additional spacious bedrooms, each with a private ensuite bathroom and balcony access, giving multiple families or generations room to spread out without feeling cramped.
For rainy days or downtime between beach trips on your included 6-seater golf cart, the house comes stocked with board games, books, chess, checkers, puzzles, and cards.
- PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED (DOGS ONLY). You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non-refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a second pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests who show up with a dog without approval.
Club cards are not available with this property and cannot be purchased elsewhere.
No Club Card? No Problem!
While this property does not include a Club card, there are still plenty of ways to enjoy Fripp Island and the surrounding areas! You'll have full access to stunning beach spots, the crabbing dock, Wardle's Landing pier, scenic island parks, and the Audubon Trail. Stop by the Marina Deli or Springtide Market for a bite, or explore the Community Centre, where activities are open to all. Looking for even more adventure? Just across the bridge, Hunting Island offers pristine beaches, hiking trails, and a historic lighthouse. Or take a short drive to Lady's Island, Beaufort, and Port Royal, where charming waterfronts, historic sites, shopping, and local dining await!
Fripp Island is the ultimate peaceful family getaway — full of natural beauty and a calm, relaxing atmosphere. Enjoy the beach just a short ride away in your provided 6-seat golf cart, with beach chairs, towels, a cooler, and umbrella ready to go. We would be delighted to have you and your family as our guests and hope you love it here as much as we do!

No amenity/club cards available to purchase. You will not be able to access pools, restaurants, the golf course or other resort facilites on the island. You cannot purchase amenity/club cards directly from the resort. You must rent from an owner who says in their listing they have them for purchase. That is the only way to get them. For a lot of families, they are not needed to have a wonderful time. Just depends on how you like to vacation. :0)

Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.
Payment Methods
All major credit/debit cards are accepted. A 2.9% transaction fee is charged by the credit card processing company. Electronic checks, or eChecks, are also accepted. No transaction fee is charged for eCheck processing.
Cancellation and Refunds
Notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. If paid via credit card, we will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s).
If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.
Had a great time in this home. Everything was comfortable and all the appliances worked. Grill and golf cart and outdoor heater. All worked fine. Thank you for having us.

My family and I greatly enjoyed the home, it was very nice, roomy, clean and had everything we needed to prepare all our meals. The location was perfect for us, the golf course view was nice, and fun watching the golfers. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

This is our second stay at 39 Davis Love. It is in a great location, short golf cart to the beach! Always so clean and has all that you need for a great week at Fripp!! Will be staying here again!!
