Situated in a primary location on the island, Captain's Corner is not far from the beach or marina. Take a five minute stroll to the beach and enjoy the privacy Fripp Island's beach has to offer. Enjoy a lazy afternoon in the custom bed-swing on the first level porch or catch a breeze on the tree swing in the front yard. An outdoor shower is available to wash away the salty spray. Inside the home, coastal décor sets a tone of tranquility for your group to gather for a movie or for a board game. Prepare your meals in the recently updated kitchen and have dessert on the screened in porch. Ample parking outside provides room for up to six vehicles. This newly renovated three bedroom, two bath house sits across the street from a beautiful pond with a fountain, making it a great spot to view wildlife in their natural habitat while also overlooking the 16th green on Ocean Creek Golf Course. Features include a gas grill and second fridge in the garage, a front screened in porch, new porch furniture, wireless Internet, and close walk to the beach! It comfortably accommodates up to 8 people and will undoubtedly be the best vacation of your dreams!
Club cards are available for purchase. These cards are required for access to all resort amenities, including golf and tennis courses, restaurants and bars, swimming pools, and more.
A new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards for access to the resort amenities.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.

Cancellation and Refunds
If you cancel, no refund unless house can be re-rented. In the case of a Mandatory evacuation of the Island due to hurricane, storms or other, we will accommodate any unused days to another available time, or we will refund the remainder of the rent. To insure your vacation investment we do offer Travel Insurance protection.
