Overview
Welcom to our Island Comforts Villa. This villa is centrally located with a private pool, short walk to the beach, all the comforts of home and sleeps 6. with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths.
Both bedrooms are upstairs with an adjoining bath. The primary bedroom has a king size bed with memory foam matress and gel mattress topper. Guest can enjoy the 50 inch flat screen smart tv. There is a balcony off the primary bedroom with views of the ocean and sitting area.
The second bedroom has 2 twins and 1 queen bed all with the gel memory foam mattresses, also a 50in flat screen, smart tv with dvd player and a selection of dvd's to enjoy. Both bedrooms share a nicely appointed bathroom with walk in tiled shower, stocked with shampoo, conditioner and soap for each guest. There are plush towels and linens to use during guests stays.
On the main level is the second full bath with tiled floor and bathtub.
The updated kitchen is fully equipt where guests will find everything needed to prepare and enjoy meals while staying in the villa. The dining area can seat 6 guests comfortably.
The full size washer and dryer are located off the dining area and is stocked with detergent for use while staying at the villa.
The living room has a comfortable full sofa and love seat with a 55in flat screen smart tv for enjoyment. Off the living room is a patio area with seating for dining and a charcoal grill for outdoor grilling.
The patio leads to the private courtyard and pool that is for Captian John Fripp guests only and the pathway to beautiful Fripp Island beach.
Guests can enjoy riding around the island on the golf cart that comes equipt with the villa. The food court, Beachclub restaurand and Sand bar are within walking distance to the villas. Guests will need to purchase amenity cards for each guest in orer to dine in any of the restaurants and bars on the island
Amenities
This villa comes with a 4 seat golf cart, fully stocked kitchen, washer and dryer and charcoal grill.
Ouside patio and balcony with views of the beach with a short walk to the beach. There is a private pool for guest use only, a basketball court and an adult pool and tiki bar within walking distance.
Golf is available. Dining at on island restaurants require ameninty cards available for additional $50.00 per person.

Others
This villa has been in or family since the property was built. We have and still enjoy visiting Fripp as often as we can! Our family grew up vacationing here and we hope our guests will enjoy the splender and uniqeness of this island as much as we do!
The Villa is about a 40 minute drive to Beaufort SC. There guest will find many quaint shops, art galleries and restaurants in Beaufort and along the drive into Beaufort.
Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a booking. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until a deposit and signed Rental Agreement is received.
Payment Methods
All major credit cards accepted. Also accepted: eCheck (Electronic check).
Cancellation and Refunds
If you cancel, no refund unless house can be re-rented. In the case of a Mandatory evacuation of the Island due to hurricane, storms or other, we will accommodate any unused days to another available time, or we will refund the remainder of the rent. To insure your vacation investment we do offer Travel Insurance protection.

Absolutely highly recommend Captain John Fripp 340. This unit was very clean ,fully stocked, perfect location and owner Lara was wonderful!!
We absolutely loved this condo. You can see that it is loved and taken care of. Everything was clean and comfortable and the location was fantastic. It really felt like home. We had an issue with the golf cart late one evening and the owners came the very next day and brought a replacement cart. We’ve been coming to Fripp for several years and this was our favorite trip yet!
Had a great time and enjoyed how easy it is to get to the beach from the apartment. The pool at the complex is nice to have too. Finally, including the golf cart directly with the rental made things simpler and easy. Will definitely look at returning!
The condo was perfect and the golf cart super fast. The owner was very easy to work with and responded immediately to any questions. Proximity to the beach and private pool was huge plus.

We had a lovely time! The property was convenient to the beach and snack shop, and check in was smooth and hassle-free! We had issues with the golf cart provided, so Lara generously offered her own for us to scoot around the island. Thank you for a great getaway!
We really enjoyed staying at this CJF villa #340. The villa is in a great spot in the center of the island which makes for easy access to everything. It was clean and had everything we needed to cook our meals. The only issue we had was with the battery on the golf cart that was included with the rental. Once we contacted the owners they were very responsive and got us another golf cart. Our week at Fripp was great!!
We had a wonderful girls weekend in your lovely condo. Comfy beds and furniture, very tastefully decorated. Just steps from the beach. Who could ask for more? Will definitely return!
