This villa has two bedrooms upstairs each with a new updated private bath! The primary has a king bed, large flat screen tv, and a balcony with an ocean view. The second bedroom has a queen bed, a full bed and flat screen tv. Both rooms have ceiling fans. All linens and bath towels are provided.
Amenities
The villa is on the central part of the island steps from the best beach and the pool. The adult pool, another kid pool, beach club, food court, and sports bar are all a very short walk.

We love the great family atmosphere on Fripp Island. The island offers tennis, golf, pickle ball, and water sports. It is amazing how relaxing it is riding around the island in our golf cart. Our kids love the island. If you visit, you will love it too.

Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 90 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.

Cancellation and Refunds
Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. We will refund the sums you have paid. If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit,

Great location, condo was awesome. Comfortable, clean and well stocked. There were games, GREAT books, videos for young kids and the tv worked fine! The kitchen had everything we needed. The outside dining table with the beautiful solar lights were so nice. A great touch. Just spectacular sitting out there in the evening/night. The spot is so good. The pool was nice, convenient. There is an outdoor shower to rinse off upon returning from the beach for all which was great. Convenient to the adult pool for drinks, ice cream. The music was not too loud so that was perfect too. We definitely want to return to this spot! One more note, the manager of the property was very responsive! We were not provided the correct number of towels for the 5 of us and they appeared outside out door within 15 minutes of my text!! Also, close to the gym which my son used often. Golf cart was so convenient too! LOVED our week there!! Thank you for sharing it!!!!
Overall, CJFV 339 is a great place to stay, and everyone really enjoyed it! The floor plan and access to the beach are perfect, and the new living room furniture is very nice. Only a couple of suggestions: The master bedroom mattress is overly firm, and it would be wonderful to have a garbage disposal added to the kitchen sink. Also, this last comment is a general one: The live outdoor music at the Beach Club BLASTED on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday nights, and returned again the following Friday night. Each night the music continued until well past 1:00 am, making sleep nearly impossible. So, at the very least, the volume needs to be cut (SIGNIFICANTLY) at 11:00 pm. Anyway, it was a GREAT vacation! Thank you for allowing us to enjoy your villa!
Great week at Fripp. Accommodations were as expected (we've stayed there before) and weather was terrific. Plan to re-up for next year.
Thoroughly enjoyed our time at condo #339. The space with 2 queens & a king (both with their own baths was great). There’s even a full bath downstairs. We liked the location so close to the walk-over to the beach (you could see the ocean from the balcony). The pool looked great. We LOVED having the golf cart – we never travel to Fripp without getting one & the one that came with this condo was one of the best – great battery, we traveled all over and counted 144 deer & 12 alligators. Hosts were super responsive!
