Getting Around
Fripp Island is a golf cart community! You can drive your car on the island, but most people here will be in carts during your stay. The villa has one reserved spot, and plenty of communal spots very close to the unit for an additional car.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.
Payment Methods
All major credit cards accepted. Also accepted: eCheck (Electronic check).
Cancellation and Refunds
100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date. Processing fees may not be able to be refunded depending on the credit card used. In the case of a Mandatory evacuation of the Island due to hurricane, storms or other, we will accommodate any unused days to another available time, or we will refund the remainder of the rent. To insure your vacation investment we do offer Travel Insurance protection.
