Welcome to LIfe on the Fripp Side, a beautifully refreshed 2-bedroom, 2-bath retreat with ocean views, a peaceful courtyard setting, and access to a community pool—just steps from the beach.
This spacious two-story villa is perfect for families or friends vacationing together. The main level offers an open living and dining space, a well-equipped kitchen with modern appliances, and a comfortable living area that opens to a private patio—ideal for soaking up ocean breezes or enjoying meals outdoors.
Upstairs, two thoughtfully designed bedrooms provide plenty of space to unwind. The primary suite features a king bed and calming views, while the second bedroom is a flexible space with a queen bed, and a full-over-full bunk bed - great for kids or extra guests. A full sleeper sofa in the living area adds additional sleeping options.
Spend your days enjoying the beach, relaxing by the pool, or exploring the island with the included 6-seat golf cart—an easy and fun way to get around and take in Fripp Island’s natural beauty. Whether you’re here to relax or explore, this villa offers the perfect coastal home base.
PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED. You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.
Payment Methods
All major credit/debit cards are accepted. A 2.9% transaction fee is charged by the credit card processing company. Electronic checks, or eChecks, are also accepted. No transaction fee is charged for eCheck processing.
Cancellation and Refunds
Notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. If paid via credit card, we will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s).
If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.

My family and I had the best time at Life on the Fripp Side. The villa was comfortable and extremely well stocked with everything you need for a great beach vacation (even has a beach wagon for hauling chairs, toys, etc to the beach. I would highly recommend staying at Life on the Fripp Side!

This was our 15th trip to Fripp and this villa was by far our favorite. We had everything we needed. This villa will be our for ever Fripp Villa.
We were completely spoiled staying at this condo! Steps away from the pool and beach and completely stocked with everything you could possibly need. The owners literally thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and the best vacation. The condo itself is beautifully decorated and maintained. Beds were comfortable and plush. First time staying at Fripp and we will definitely be back next year! Thanks again Maria!

Great vacation! We came for our 25th anniversary and had an amazing time! Perfect weather, beautiful resort and so many fun things to do. Owners are so helpful. The house is stocked with quality cookware and plenty of towels and blankets. We are already scheduled to go back in 5 months! Thank yo guys!

The location of the property was ideal! A quick and easy walk to the beach, across from the tennis/pickle ball courts, near the pool, restaurant, shops, etc. All amenities needed were available! The downside is some major wear and tear throughout the property. Parts of the condo were down right dirty. The filth on the staircase was horrible. I didn't feel comfortable sitting on the couch. The front door was so dirty, it made a terrible first impression before we even entered the condo. There were crumbs on the kitchen counter when we arrived. The bathroom floors/baseboards were in very poor condition. Needs some major cleaning and fresh paint!
Another great week. This is our 2nd time staying here. Place is great and inviting. Great for young kids with the bunk beds. Already made reservations for next year.
