Any new reservation booked on 7/12/24 or later will receive up to 6 resort amenity cards at no charge. Up to 4 additional cards available for purchase. If you don't want amenity cards, the 12.8% resort fee will be removed and your total cost decreased.
Life on the Fripp Side is a little slice of heaven centrally located on Fripp Island South Carolina, just steps away from the complex's private beach access and community pool. This spacious two-bedroom two-bathroom villa features a second-floor balcony overlooking the courtyard and pool with a view of the ocean, as well as a first-floor patio with the convenience of dropping your gear after a long day at the beach and walking directly into the living room. The best part of Life on the Fripp Side is that everything you need to enjoy a peaceful and stress-free vacation is available for you to use. In addition to the fully stocked kitchen, beach wagon, chairs, shibumi wind shade, JBL speaker, beach towels, and games, you will have a golf cart and up to 6 amenity cards INCLUDED to enjoy all the island has to offer.
Take advantage of the amenity cards with a short walk to the adult pool, the Food Court, and the Olympic Pool, or you can sit on the back patio and listen to the music playing in the background and enjoy the sea breezes.
Amenities
6 Guest cards are INCLUDED giving renters full access to all Fripp Island facilities. There are two 18 hole golf courses (discount green fees), Olympic-size pool, adult pool with beach bar, Cabana Club lagoon, and ten court tennis club (court fees apply), fitness center, bike rentals and several restaurants. Through the marina you can rent a kayak or book a dolphin watch cruise. Children 13 and up must have their own card. In order to go to the Island restaurants, all members of the party must have a guest card unless under 13.
The villa is on the central part of the island steps from the best beach and the pool. The adult pool, another kid pool, beach club, food court, and sports bar are all a very short walk.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until a deposit and a signed Rental Agreement is received.
Payment Methods
All major credit cards accepted. Also accepted: eCheck (Electronic check).
Cancellation and Refunds
If you cancel, there is no refund unless villa can be re-rented. In the case of a Mandatory evacuation of the Island due to hurricane, storms or other, we will accommodate any unused days to another available time, or we will refund the remainder of the rent. To insure your vacation investment we do offer Travel Insurance protection.

My family and I had the best time at Life on the Fripp Side. The villa was comfortable and extremely well stocked with everything you need for a great beach vacation (even has a beach wagon for hauling chairs, toys, etc to the beach. I would highly recommend staying at Life on the Fripp Side!

This was our 15th trip to Fripp and this villa was by far our favorite. We had everything we needed. This villa will be our for ever Fripp Villa.
We were completely spoiled staying at this condo! Steps away from the pool and beach and completely stocked with everything you could possibly need. The owners literally thought of everything to make your stay comfortable and the best vacation. The condo itself is beautifully decorated and maintained. Beds were comfortable and plush. First time staying at Fripp and we will definitely be back next year! Thanks again Maria!

Great vacation! We came for our 25th anniversary and had an amazing time! Perfect weather, beautiful resort and so many fun things to do. Owners are so helpful. The house is stocked with quality cookware and plenty of towels and blankets. We are already scheduled to go back in 5 months! Thank yo guys!
