Fripp Island Beauty tucked away on quiet cul-de-sac. Large open concept, split floor plan 4 bedroom, 4 bath home with modern updates, tasteful and comfortable furnishings. Perfect for multiple families with room to spread out and en-suite bathrooms in 3 of the 4 bedrooms,. Enjoy your morning coffee on the front porch and your evening beverage on the cozy screened in porch. Bright, airy Carolina room provides additional living space complete with trundle bed and games for kids. Downstairs play area includes ping pong table, basketball hoop, and cornhole boards. In the kitchen you will find everything that you need to prepare meals for a large group including basic spices, crockpot, standard coffee maker (no filters needed), pots, pans, and much more. Four person golf cart provided. Just a five minute golf cart ride to one of many beach accesses. The home is fully stocked with everything you need for the beach, chairs, towels, coolers, and toys. Some bikes are provided. We can not guarantee that they are functioning during your stay. Bikes can be rented through the resort. Amenity cards available for purchase for access to resort pools, two award winning golf courses, tennis courts, and many restaurants. Resort Fee of 12.8 percent of the total base nightly fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards if you decide you would like to use the Resort Facilities.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.

All major credit cards accepted. Also accepted: eCheck (Electronic check).
Cancellation and Refunds
If you cancel, no refund unless house can be re-rented. In the case of a Mandatory evacuation of the Island due to hurricane, storms or other, we will accommodate any unused days to another available time, or we will refund the remainder of the rent. To insure your vacation investment we do offer Travel Insurance protection.

Living area of the house was very comfortable, but we were very disappointed in the game room area. Tv was missing, room was not air conditioned well and smell very musty. Ping pong table was broken. Outside the house the landscape was weedy and not taken care of. In my opinion, the house was very overpriced for the condition and location. Won't be renting a second time.

Charles, Thank you for you feedback. The game room area is not conditioned. It is just a part of the garage, that we tried to make the best of to allow guest an area to escape rainy days on Fripp. The ping pong table and landscaping has been taken care of.
