Welcome to Frippin Happy Place, a beautiful 4-bedroom, 4½-bath home tucked away in the desirable Deer Lake neighborhood. True to its name, this inviting retreat is the perfect place to relax, reconnect, and enjoy the laid-back charm of Fripp Island. Just steps from the community playground and pool and a short golf cart ride to the beach, it's an ideal setting for a memorable family getaway.
Designed with comfort in mind, the home features two spacious king suites, including one with a California king bed, along with private ensuite baths for every bedroom. The additional guest rooms include one with two twin beds and a fun bunk room with two twin beds and two full beds, offering plenty of space for up to 12 guests. A travel bassinet is also available for families traveling with little ones.
The open-concept living area is ideal for gathering after a day of island adventures, with comfortable seating, a cozy fireplace for cooler evenings, and a dining table that seats eight. The well-equipped kitchen includes updated cookware, a Keurig coffee maker, and a Ninja blender for everything from your morning coffee to post-beach smoothies. Six Smart TVs with YouTube TV, puzzles, games, and books provide entertainment for every age.
Spend your days relaxing on Fripp's beautiful beaches using the provided Tommy Bahama beach chairs and umbrella, then return home to unwind on the screened porch or spacious deck while watching the island's abundant wildlife pass by.
Two electric golf carts are included with your stay—a 6-seater and a 4-seater—making it easy to explore the island. Take a ride to Hannah's Park, visit the crabbing dock, or simply cruise the scenic streets. If you happen to catch a few blue crabs, fire up the outdoor grill and enjoy a true Lowcountry feast right at home.

Club cards are required to enjoy any of the Fripp Island Resort amenities and they are available for purchase with this property. If you opt to purchase cards, a new 12.8% resort fee based on the rental amount before taxes, cleaning and other fees will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual Club cards.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.
Payment Methods
All major credit/debit cards are accepted. A 2.9% transaction fee is charged by the credit card processing company. Electronic checks, or eChecks, are also accepted. No transaction fee is charged for eCheck processing.
Cancellation and Refunds
Notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. If paid via credit card, we will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s).
If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.
