Overview
This Davis Love cottage sitting on the first fairway of the Ocean Creek course is a relaxing golf/beach getaway centrally located close to the beach, golf course, Cabana Club and the marina! Our home is fully stocked and equipped with everything you will need for your stay and updated furnishings to make your stay feel like home...only better. After a full day at the beach you can relax in the large, comfortable living space with cozy seating area. There is a full dining table with seating for six. Three spacious bedrooms with three en suite bathrooms along with an upstairs loft space with twin day bed will sleep seven very comfortably. Utilizing our optional twin floor mattress will allow comfortable sleeping space for 8. Two of the bedrooms are located downstairs for easy access, the primary and loft are upstairs. Our home has smart TV's in all bedrooms, in the living room and on the loft so everyone can watch what they want!!
New full size washer and dryer make packing light and easy. Fully stocked kitchen with all of the basics. New Weber gas grill on the back porch. Beach chairs, umbrella, towels, etc are all there waiting for you to enjoy. Portable Bose bluetooth speaker, board games, puzzles and an XBox for evening or rainy day entertainment. The outdoor shower allows you to rinse off sand from the beach or grass from the course. Owners' personal six seater electric golf cart is included with rentals. Fripp Island amenity cards are necessary for guests 13 and over to access island amenities such as pools, restaurants, golf and/or tennis. These are available to our renters (additional charge will apply).

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
50% deposit to confirm stay.
Balance due 30 days prior to arrival.
No reservation is confirmed until a 50% deposit and a signed rental agreement are received.

Cancellation and Refunds
If you cancel within 60 days, no refund unless house can be re-rented. In the case of a Mandatory evacuation of the Island due to hurricane, storms or other, we will accommodate any unused days to another available time, or we will refund the remainder of the rent. To insure your vacation investment we do offer Travel Insurance protection.

Amazing house! This is our 2nd time staying here, and we love everything about it. Very clean, comfy beds, plenty of extras like beach towel, chairs, toys, etc. Six-person golf cart is also a huge plus! Owner is easy to contact and always prompt to respond! We’ll definitely stay here again!
We had a great stay, the house was amazing and had everything we needed. Extremely clean, the golf cart was wonderful to get around on. The resort was very relaxing, we didn't need to leave the grounds as everything can be found on island. Loved it!! Hope we can come back again next year.

We loved everything about 27 Davis Love! Including the owners who were super sweet and easy to contact. Upon arrival the house was CLEAN and the temperature set perfectly! The cute beach decor and comfy furniture and beds were a plus! There are plenty of towels, toilet paper, blankets and even paper towels! The kitchen is adequately stocked with everything you need! We loved the Ninja coffee maker! The loft was an added bonus that we loved! It fit our family perfectly! We spent many hours on the screened in porch watching the deer and reading during the rain! The fast golf cart and outdoor shower were a lovely bonus! We have spent the last 9 years vacationing at Fripp and this home is our favorite! We can't wait for our next trip to 27 Davis Love!

What a great place to stay. We loved the back yard for our grand daughter who wants to play. It was great in the late evenings to let her ride her little bike on the golf cart trail. No swamps or other creatures. Just the deer who would come by and stay around and we loved it. The house was great and rooms just the right size.
Home is cozy, beautifully decorated giving it the best beach feel! Home is exactly as detailed in description but better in person! Very responsive property manager. We enjoyed our first stay so much that we immediately booked again!
