Welcome to “Playin’ Through”’ on beautiful Fripp Island.
This 3 bedroom 3 bathroom classic golf cottage overlooks the 17th hole of our famous Ocean Creek Golf Course. Designed by Davis Love. The home is perfectly located. You will have less than a 5 minute golf cart ride, which is provided by Beaufort Carts, to the Cabana Club with its playground and pool, the Ocean Creek Club house, the Marina and store, Davis Love Park, the Fripp Resort area and the best beach accesses on the Island.
The large primary bedroom located on the second floor has a King bed, its own on-suite bathroom, smart TV and walkout balcony. The second and third bedrooms come with 2 Queen beds. They both have their own on-suite bathroom, smart TVs, and a walk-out porch. So, as you can see this home will accommodate 10 people comfortably. The living space is an open concept with coastal decor and very comfortable furniture.
The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you may need to make your favorite meals. For our guests convenience, there is a full size washer and dryer for you to use. As you walk out the front door onto the huge screened in porch you can sit back and enjoy the sights and sounds of nature. With a pond in the backyard you will be able to see the egrets nest in the trees, deer getting a drink, turtles and alligators basking in the sun. You can also rinse off in the outdoor shower area.
And, just so your pet does not feel left out, we are pet friendly. PETS MUST BE PREAPPROVED. You will be asked to sign a pet agreement and pay a non refundable $150 pet fee for the first pet and $75 for a 2nd pet. An additional $300 will be charged for guests that show up with a dog without approval.
So bring the whole family. No matter if you have fun on the beach, swim in the pools, or just want to sit back, relax and refresh. Be prepared to make wonderful new memories that will last a lifetime.
Amenities
Amenity cards are available for purchase
The amenity card prices for stays that are 1-4 days are $35 during the summer months and $25 during Fall, Winter and Spring. The amenity card prices for stays that are 5-8 days are $50 during the summer months and $35 during Fall, Winter and Spring. Each guest 13 years or older must carry an club card to access the Club's amenities.
A new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards for access to the resort amenities.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until the Rental Agreement(s) have been accepted and a deposit received.

All major credit cards accepted. Also accepted: eCheck (Electronic check).
Cancellation and Refunds
Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. We will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s), if paid by credit card. If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent your dates. We do, however, offer Travel Insurance protection.

Rusty and Molly were incredibly responsive and accomodating for our 2024 summer vacation. We understand the property is undere new ownership and repairs/updates are being made as they go. Rusty contacted us mid-week to let us know of prior complaints on the mattresses, inform us new mattresses had arrived, and asked if we'd like them installed after checkout or if we'd like them now. The mattresses were incredibly comfortable! My teens and retired mother absolutely loved them. Kitchen updates needed was our only complaint, but the owner is aware of this. Items we absolutley loved were beach supplies and beach towels provided, golf cart available, and sitting on the screened porch watching wildlife. It should be noted there are multiple small aligators in the lagoon behind the property, but we loved watching them walk around on the bank. There was a family of deer that walked past the porch multiple times a day. Overall, we would stay at this propoerty again and loved being able to relax. We've been renting on the island for over 13 years and this is one of our favorite rentals.
My husband, myself and six of our kids stayed at 22 Davis Love and I’ve already decided we will be back! The house was great, well equipped with whatever we needed. Beds are so comfortable, love the layout, they definitely made the best use of the space. The decor is bright and cheerful, so welcoming. The screened porch offered such peaceful serenity, I loved rocking in the chairs while listening to nature and watching the wild life. The golf cart made traveling to the beach or the Cabana club so easy. Location is GREAT for those wanting to use the Cabana club pools each day. I can’t thank Rusty and Molly enough for offering their home for others to refresh and re-energize with a wonderful vacation!
