Overview
The guest who books the reservation must be 25 years or older and must be present for the length of the stay in the property.
Our lovely one bedroom, two bath villa is just across from the tennis courts and pro-shop. Play a set or two of tennis or just relax on the rear deck overlooking the salt marsh with its ever changing tidal landscape and bird life. Restaurants, pools, and a sweeping ocean beach are a short walk across the street. A circular stairway leads to the loft bedroom with a king size bed and full bath. A pull-out sofa and another full bath on the main floor provide comfortable accomodations for a total of four guests. A fully equipped kitchen and attractive dining area complete the floor plan for this unique property. Has capability for carafe and k cup coffee. Wireless internet provided throughout the unit.

Fripp Island Club cards may be purchased. Parking is included.
A new 12.8% of the total rent resort fee will be charged in addition to the cost of the individual club cards for access to the resort amenities.

Payments & Policies
Confirmation Deposit
A 50% deposit is required to confirm a reservation. Balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. No reservation is confirmed until a deposit and a signed Rental Agreement is received.

Cancellation and Refunds
Should you wish to cancel this reservation, notice of cancellation MUST BE IN WRITING AND RECEIVED MORE THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE. We will refund the sums you have paid, less the credit card transaction fee(s), if paid by credit card. If your notice of cancellation is RECEIVED LESS THAN 60 DAYS PRIOR TO YOUR CHECK IN DATE, you will forfeit all sums paid, except your security deposit, unless we are able to re-rent the property to someone else, at the same rate, for the same period.

My husband and I loved 204 tennis villa. It was just right for the two of us. Plenty of cooking dishes and everything you need in the kitchen. The villa was very clean and had everything you need. The location is great! Right across from the adult or Olympic pool and food court. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you ??

We absolutely loved our stay here. We didn’t realize we had stayed here a few years ago, this place is amazing with great views and was super clean. It had everything we needed to make our trip enjoyable. The bed was also super comfy. Will definitely be back ??
Property is getting a bit dated, but the location was very convenient. Everything was clean and neat. I would stay here again.
